isn’t that the miracle cure Trumpet main lines?Off topic slightly so apologies for that, but I was wondering if anyone has found anywhere online to source hydroxychloroquine?
To drive home the government narrative.... This is serious! This affects you! Do as your told!Something that bugs me about lockdowns, which I've been meaning to get off my chest:
Why are "non-essential items" draped off in stores? Surely if people are already going to the supermarket or wherever for something, and staff are already there as essential workers, it wouldn't cause any extra hassle to just let people buy what they want?

I was saying to a friend of mine earlier.. If we all had psychology degrees they wouldn't be getting away with this.
I know. Agreed, simple common sense should do it to be fair. And yes once upon a time the media gave both sides of the story and you formed your own opinion. Those days are gone. I cancelled my BBC licence, they don't represent democracy anymore.More like if we all had some common sense they wouldn’t be getting away with this. But seriously they have done a marvellous job in petrifying the masses. I’m amazed at the amount of people who don’t research anything and just accept the governments narrative. My mum is one of them. But I guess she was brought up in a time where the news was actually the news and not just full on propaganda.
It seems stupid I agree but I think its so that supermarkets arent getting to sell items that non essential, smaller retailes would otherwise be selling. I.e. clothes shops aren't allowed to be open yet Tesco can sell clothes.Something that bugs me about lockdowns, which I've been meaning to get off my chest:

They can though, I believe the rule is if clothes are on a separate floor they can’t be sold, ie tescos with mezzanines etc but if they are on the same floor as essentials they’re fair game. As for some of the comments implying media bias is a new thing ... seriously? The media has always been biased and has always takes an angle. Incredibly naive to think its a new phenomenon.
that was a loophole that was closed and apparently now all isles with none essential items need to be sectioned off, but that was changed back in October so whoever isn’t doing it are breaking “rules”They can though, I believe the rule is if clothes are on a separate floor they can’t be sold, ie tescos with mezzanines etc but if they are on the same floor as essentials they’re fair game. Also, how can they say clothes aren’t essential items? I’ve got an 18month old, growing like a weed in desperate need of clothes and her feet measuring how long am I going to have to wait to do that? Or do I just buy her ill fitting shoes and add bad feet to the myriad of problems this lockdown cr*p is causing.
Vaccinate those that are vulnerable and willing, shield those that aren’t, let the rest of us get on with it.
The cure has become worse than the disease.
We live across from a pub and I cannot wait to see it open and busy again whereas the majority of our neighbours who I have spoken to in passing or through text don't want it reopeningThis is absolutely batshit insane. It is evil. I can't imagine how the thousands of people in this situation must be feeling, especially waiting to find out if they can open in APRIL. April! And this won't be like the July opening of last year, it will be restricted households which means they're finally 'allowed' to earn a living but are forced to trade at a loss!! This is after a 6 MONTH lockdown and millions of vaccinations! We were locked down for 4 last year? We've already been told that there will be restrictions (i.e. lockdown) again next winter, so they're closed for their busiest season again!

This is definitely patronising but I genuinely don't know why these people aren't rioting in the streets. Pubs especially can't just peacefully reopen because they'll lose their license from the council and be sued by their landlord. Bear in mind these are pubs and restaurants which many are clambering to get back to (unlike other non-essential small businesses) yet they're being forced to sit idly by and watch as their livelihoods are destroyed. It must be maddening.
I've no idea why this doesn't enrage everyone. I know most think it's justified versus having a bad reaction to COVID and ending up on a ventilator but I just don't understand that logic? It's like we've collectively forgotten other illnesses exist. I'm sick with worry that me or my family will have a genuinely terminal illness that goes undiagnosed because of this. I'm sick with worry that me or my family will get ill in future and end up behind millions on a waiting list. I'm sick with worry that I'll lose my job and end up on UC for years! The probabilities of these things happening are so much more likely.
Personally I'm also sick with worry about living in a dilapidated, boarded up shithole with small businesses all but extinct. I've genuinely no idea what the state of the capital will be after all of this where trade is wholly reliant on tourists and yuppies and those will be few and far even after lockdown is lifted. Think what all this has done to entrepreneurs and young people in this country. Few would dare to pursue a hospitality business now - what's the point? It's risky enough without the threat of the government legally forcing you to close for months on end and the police emboldened to punch you in the face if you dare open in defiance.
But hey, at least our kids will always have a job at Amazon. I am so so angry about all of this. There is nothing scientific about something that kills more people than it saves long-term and bankrupts hundreds of thousands more.
Death by Lockdown
"We attempted to intimidate a virus with PhDs and political power, hoping that it would shrivel and die, and in so doing dramatically disabled human freedom and social functioning. What do we have to show for it? Massive carnage, and a virus that is still with us." ~ Jeffrey A. Tuckerwww.aier.org Lockdown 'killed two people for every three who died of coronavirus' at peak of outbreak
Estimates show 16,000 people died through missed medical care by May 1, while virus killed 25,000 in same periodwww.telegraph.co.uk
Actually I retract my punched in the face comment! How about kneed in the stomach and jumped on by 8 police officers. Police dog too for good measure. Everyone needs to collectively engage brain and realise that this can happen to any of us. This man is just trying to earn a living
That literally makes me want to cry. What is wrong with people! Not only are they cold hearted they are just dumb. SMEs are the backbone of our economy and they along with those of us in a fortunate position will be who they come after to pay this back. The less there are of them the more money that comes out of our pockets. Why do I even need to state this out loud Jesus ChristWe live across from a pub and I cannot wait to see it open and busy again whereas the majority of our neighbours who I have spoken to in passing or through text don't want it reopeningI think they forget they were young and even middle aged once! Not that that really has much to do with it as plenty of older people use the pub too.. Its a place of socialising!! My question to them being why buy a house near a pub in the first place!!! Bear in mind I don't drink alcohol but I still don't want them to close indefinitely.. The support has been shocking
And to treat another person like they have in the video. I'm beyond words. People have forgotten who they are. We are not enemies of each other. People are doing what they can to survive and it shouldn't even be this way.
I personally know of a few independents who have had to HAD TO shut thier business purely because they could no longer afford to run and are now reliant on the state... When lockdown ends what are they supposed to do? Where do they go? These were thriving business before lockdown! Now it's harder to open a bank account and banks aren't lending (at least to us and we have a profitable and stable business right now so I dread to think about start ups)
No and please don't buy medicines online! It could easily be fake or harmful.Off topic slightly so apologies for that, but I was wondering if anyone has found anywhere online to source hydroxychloroquine?
