Yeah he did. Basically trying to say the tickets weren’t his but a friends and they are sold now but he never was going because he hates the idea of it and kept reiterating how much he hates it and would never go as the rain and fields etc will be wet. He absolutely wanted to be there. You could see it by him.

If he inherited it he has to pay the tax on it. As a grandmother there's very little tax free so if the house was worth 500k he would have to pay 150kish in tax. You can get a "mortgage" on that much easier than a real one.

Read some of the other messages so if it was shared with another cousin the 'mortgage' would half. He's raking in unpaid and income so could get a credit union loan to pay that.
