The advice u was given from Trading Standards is that the website is most important place they are listed so people can check before they purchase..

Being 100% honest I have no allergies so would never check the ingredients but I always check to see if its tested on animals

Also can't understand why she was being so secretive and not answering messages back and blocking people if she had nothing to hide, makes no sense

I'm by no means unreasonable and tbf they weren't expensive products so it wasn't the money i wanted back..it a the principle that as a customer she thinks she can just dismiss people when they question her..Shes a make up artist not GOD

I know she thinks it's fun and quriky to be a bit ditzy and do everything last minute but it's also really bleeping rude. Twice this last week she's admitted to pressuring people into doing things for her last minute because she's simply too lazy to do anything it advance. The one reason I still follow toni is because at least she pays for her stuff! Like theres a lot of bad things about her but at least she actually pays for the stuff she's getting rather than begging all the time.
