I dont understand why she refers them as the babies, baby boy and baby girl not my babies or my daughter/son. The only emotions she's showing is how she feeling like she couldn't express 1 time and she started to cry about what she can't control.

She was crying that during the c section she said she couldn't breathe and felt like she was dying, well that was probably how her son felt when she was curling her hair and putting make up on after her waters broke. The experience was traumatic but only from her point of view and what happened to her. I dont think she has anything to vlog as everything is all going OK now but she still wants the drama.

She said around a month or so, usually they have to reach birth weight, health expectancy before going home ie the 38 week mark.

She's going on a tour with them in tow as miranda sings she is not touring them, they will just naturally be with her given they will be infants and when looking at the site's hosting it is subject to changes, she still has to earn as a parent and cannot put life on hold forever, most Parents in the US don't even get time off she is having 6 months off to help them and her recover...please look at her website and read the information

Colleen isn't a regular working mother, she's literally a millionaire and in an incredibly privileged position when it comes to money and on top of that, her job means that she's also in a position where she can work from home. You can't really compare her situation to someone going back to work because they NEED to, I'm sure most parents would have way more time off/WFH if they could. Plus there's still a big difference between going back to work and leaving your babies with your mom/at daycare and dragging them across the country to multiple states when they're less than 6 months old (during a pandemic no less)

She's not having 6 months off, she's already churning out the videos to cash in. There's no need to go on tour, it's just a selfish vanity project. She's in a very privileged and wealthy position, so there's no point comparing her to other parents who are forced to go back to work to make ends meet. She will still make plenty from YT, and i'm sure the twins (via their content) are already earning far more than most adults would. Anyone else in her position would be grateful that they have the chance to spend time with their babies without worrying about money, not planning a tour after major surgery and with 2 babies in the NICU.

What’s absolutely disgusting is the timing of the announcement.

She’s monetizing on the attention she got on the newborn twins and cashing out with her tour announcement.

That’s beyond evil. She failed as a mother. She failed to protect them. She failed to understand that they are not out of the woods and might have lifelong complications because of the way they entered the world. She was joking she’s “not pregnant anymore yay” when her baby was literally unable to breathe and hooked to machines. And now she adds more to this by cashing out on people’s sympathy. Adding her trashy merch and tour ads when people are literally worried are the twins still making it and that’s why checking her “content”.

I used to like her younger self when she was fresh, creative and so in love with Josh, what I see now looks like a different person. Appalling.

I wish she'd take a break instead of putting out this much content. The vast majority of youtubers I've seen get pregnant have stepped away from socials at least for a little while after giving birth. Her kids need her to be present with them right now and I'm sure it'll do her good too

In one of her recent vlogs, she was saying how she'd taken a break from vlogging for 5 (?) days (you know, to have her twins) and that she'd never catch up with how much she had to tell her audience. Colleen, how about not even trying to catch up? Just live your life and focus on your children who are in the hospital right now.

She doesn't really post on the YT channel anymore, the last video was over a month ago, and it's only just over 400k. Which for a channel with 10.9 million subs is awful. I really don't think people watch anymore, which isn't surprising as it's cringy try hard content.

Just did the maths, and 400k views isn't even 4% of her subscribers. Non-subscribers could be watching, but that actually makes the % even lower.

Some of her shows on her last tour didn't even fill the stalls in some of the theatres she performed at, so it's not looking great for her.

her OG miranda fans have probably grown up and don't like her anymore, and she hasn't tried reaching a new audience or branching out like other youtubers have.
but I don't see her wanting to give the 'spotlight' up, and I don't think she's someone who would want to be a full time mom.
it'll be interesting to see what she does with her content once the twins are okay (which I genuinely hope they will be).

I feel like most parents would acknowledge it. It wouldn't surprise me if Erik is aware of what this entails, but Colleen is just too far gone and everything in her life is about her and how she can make money off of it. She needs her audience's attention to live.
Because her vlogs are about money, but in the end they're about her getting attention.

I was fully expecting a tour announcement from her (though admittedly I assumed she'd at least wait until the twins were out of the NICU) because she did the EXACT same thing with Flynn.

She doesn't need the money. She's got literally 3 channels on YouTube and is pumping out almost daily vlogs that regularly get 500k views each. She's probably making upwards of $40k a month on vlogs ALONE.

She tours because she's a narcissist and loves seeing hundreds of people fawn all over her. She's not at all comparable to an average working mom, and to even make the comparison is a little gross imo.

Yup. I’m cringing to think even if that is the outcome she’s still going to try to monetize.

Something doesn’t add up. At this point I am starting to think it’s beyond a typical selfish behavior. There is a full blown mental disorder that we’re witnessing on camera. I’m not a specialist but I can yet see her elements of obsession and dissociation.

She is without question a narcissist. And I think with that combined with how much she is validated and encouraged by her doting audience has shown her that everything is in fact all about her. I think she gets away with it until you see her response to situations like this, because her behaviour actually borders on scary.
It’s one thing that she says and does what she does, but another when you think it all goes through an edit and she watches it through and says, yup nothing weird or dark or off about that. And imagine then what gets cut or not recorded. It must be a very strange life to live and I wouldn’t be surprised if the vlogs achieve a dual purpose - firstly she gets a lot of attention and validation from fans but I also expect there’s a weird dissociation thing going on. I wish she would take time off and I sincerely hope her babies are alright. I absolutely do feel for her and her family, but this kind of stuff makes you realised how messed up having an online presence is.

Exactly - she’s hauling TINY INFANTS around and she’s capitalising on the post baby high by advertising the tour now whilst her babies are in the NICU. I think that’s disgusting.
