idk if she's worried about Maisy or if she's worried about missing out on the perfect Christmas vlog/ig photo
THIS.
Colleen and I were originally due days apart. Would I like my baby early so I can snuggle them once Christmas Day? Of course! But their health and a healthy delivery are more important ffs
Going through pregnancy at the same time has highlighted her shittyness to me

Erik makes me cringe so much. His jokes are always so awkward. Talking about divorce and his wife's vaginal discharge. I can see why he has anxiety because he must cringe at himself. He speaks without thinking which is why he probably would've never done something like a podcast but he's been pushed into it. I'm sure he even said that once that he likes acting because someone else tells him what to say.

Are they in contracts with some of these brands and that's why they're continuing with the podcast? Money cannot be such a problem that they're forced to work from bed, that's ridiculous! I think they're setting a very poor example of how to be mature and responsible for your own wellbeing.
I think he’s on the autistic spectrum, jokes were so cringey:/ I still don’t get what’s the point- what audience are they targeting?
He looks depressed and as always, zero chemistry, it just makes it even harder to watch yuck

Also she's always had anxiety and depression.
I would never question anyone's mental health. But her symptoms never seem to inconvenience her, and always show up when she needs vlog material.
OCD, ADHD, dermatillomania, all her super awful pregnancy symptoms. She thrives on hyperbole and attention.

I think colleen needs to understand that if the nurses and doctor said she could take them home when she wanted to on her magical perfect schedule the following would most likely happen
She tries to feed Maisey
Maisey struggles to feed/doesn't know how to
Maisey looses the weight she has gained
More health problems occur
Maisey ends up back in nicu for much longer
Social services get involved

If colleen listened and respected her nurses and doctors
Colleen would be at the nicu longer to bond and feed her baby
Maisey will learn how to feed
Maisey will go home

I’m not sure why I do this to myself but I just spent the last hour reading the comments on her last two videos and I didn’t realise there was SO MANY paediatricians, NICU doctors, NICU nurses, lactation experts, feeding experts etc. who knew all of Maisie’s medical data (if you can’t tell I’m being sarcastic) all these people saying “just go home with an NG tube, my cousins friends sisters roommates mothers kid went home with one etc.”.
1.this child will not require an NG tube her whole life (that we know of at this point), the risks of teachingColleen ho to navigate that at home for the benefit of her being home for Christmas - sorry it doesn’t work that way.

2. we only see what Colleen is showing us, yes this child is struggling with feeds but there could also be other issues to which is why she is being kept in the nice

3. SHES NOT FULL TERM YET LET THE BABY DEVELOP

Didn’t she always say her dermatillomania was bad again? She’s been opening up calendars, specifically focusing on her fingers and there’s nothing to suggest this

I'm glad i'm not the only one who has noticed this. It's insane how many comments she has from people claiming to have these jobs. 🙄 No real professional would comment on a situation they knew very little about, other than to say yes it's difficult, but she's in the best place and receiving the best possible care.

Ok- I just watched the latest vlog and legitimately got teary eyed. Maisy finished a whole bottle all by herself!! As much flack as I give Colleen (fair or not) Maisy is seriously sooooo adorable and I can’t wait for her to go home and be with her siblings!!! Keep up the good work Maisy!!!!!

I remember when we were cup feeding my premi, they couldn't eat much more than 20ml per feed for the first few days. His first full feed was emotional.

Am I the only one worried Colleen is going to become one of those moms who is jealous of their daughter? Like I can totally see her getting upset by the amount of attention Erik gives Maisy and making it weird and uncomfortable for everyone.

I had a friend whose mom was like that, she used to accuse my friend of flirting with her boyfriends when we were like, 13.

I sense a lot of body shaming and weight competition in the future.

oh god you guys need to go listen to the podcast. it’s awful. and i don’t know if anyone else got this vibe but with many of erik’s comments i feel like he’s heading towards a depression? that’s super dark but like if you haven’t listened when you do go through and think about it. he’s more than just tired he’s purely exhausted, could just be bc of the twins but something tells me there’s more to the story
He's getting no support from anyone in the house. His emotional and mental needs are not being met, his babies were premature too. Every bit of energy and attention goes to Colleen. No wonder he has to have a drink, some nights it takes me a glass of wine to get through one of her videos.

She absolutely will. Maybe if Maisy turns out to be a quiet, bookish kid that keeps to herself and lets her narc mama shine things will be ok. Lord help her if she ends up having a big personality, a need for lots of attention or any type of singing/acting/performative talents. There is only one star in the Stocklin-Ballinger household after all.

I fear that if little Maisy misses the call time for Colleen's "TWINS FIRST CHRISTMAS!!!!!" vlog then that poor kid will already have a strike against her.

Releasing the podcast was such a bad idea, their relationship came across so toxic on the recent one and they were both snapping at each other for every little thing. I know they are stressed recently but they really did seem distant and uninterested in one another (perhaps the rose tinted glasses of newborn twins has worn off and they are seeing their lives and relationship for what they are!)

Colleen: I’m so stressed, I have to go between the NICU and home. I’m not spending enough time with Flynn
Also Colleen: *sits and cries in her car for ten minutes to tell us this*
Also Colleen: constant dance parties, opening advent calendars with Flynn every morning, always around family, goes to nicu every day???

If she can’t handle the fact she now has to share her time between her children without an emotional breakdown, she really shouldn’t have had more than one.

Non surprisingly, 3 kids is very different to 1 and preemie twins have exceptional needs.

Definitely. In the podcast she was already comparing her looks to her husband in the sense that he's older and looks a lot less tired than she thinks she does. I would agree but she's always got makeup and a filter on so hard to tell. She's going to raise all three of her kids to be focused on their looks

Being severely underweight and eating just applesauce will contribute to her skin and overall appearance. She was more healthy looking being a normal weight. God knows what it is doing to her insides.

Tbh she looks YOUNGER when she's got more weight on her. With how desperately she's clinging to youth I feel like that would be a draw for her, but apparently not

Yes, she looks years younger when she’s pregnant because she’s actually at a normal, healthy weight. Her face is beautifully full. I know she has an eating disorder and is obsessed with being thin but at a certain point they say we have to choose between either our body or our face when it comes to aging.

So either she’s going to obsess about how large she thinks she is or about how old she looks. Aging is a natural part of life but parenthood can age people quickly- With 3 very little children, running on almost zero sleep for months and years to come something will have to give. She has to let go of her perfectionism and control issues. She has to keep her mental health in check or the obsessions will get worse. Those 3 kids need a Mom that is completely there for them. It can’t be the Colleen Show anymore. With one kid you can still get away with the “me, me, me” mentality a bit but with 3? Forget it. And don’t get me wrong, she’s great with Flynn! But 3 is a game changer. It’s all about those kids from here on out.
