Late to the party but I am a parent to a toddler, and I think it's pretty fair of people without children to judge Colleens behavior with the twins. (I also don't see a problem with people saying 'the twins' instead of their names, because that's what happens with twins when you're referring to both of them. My nieces are twins and I've referred to them as "the girls" their entire lives, and they're teenagers now)
I personally feel like if a person without children, who hasn't felt that sort of love/bond, can look at Colleens vlogs and go "wow it seems like she's not bonding with her twins/ isn't spending the amount of time with them that I would" is really telling about the impression Colleen is putting out there.
As a parent, I'm appalled by her behavior, so I don't feel like it's out of line for child-free people to have a similar opinion and voice it
