Late to the party but I am a parent to a toddler, and I think it's pretty fair of people without children to judge Colleens behavior with the twins. (I also don't see a problem with people saying 'the twins' instead of their names, because that's what happens with twins when you're referring to both of them. My nieces are twins and I've referred to them as "the girls" their entire lives, and they're teenagers now)

I personally feel like if a person without children, who hasn't felt that sort of love/bond, can look at Colleens vlogs and go "wow it seems like she's not bonding with her twins/ isn't spending the amount of time with them that I would" is really telling about the impression Colleen is putting out there.

As a parent, I'm appalled by her behavior, so I don't feel like it's out of line for child-free people to have a similar opinion and voice it

He is still wearing diapers. Are they even trying to potty train him? The last time I heard her mention it was like a year ago.

Does anyone else think one of the twins is home?!
In Flynn’s Birthday vlog the pram/stroller is infront of the Christmas tree with the lower carrycot hood down, in another shot the car seat is on top of the stroller and the car seat has its straps opened like its been used, in colleens most recent insta story she is with only
Maisy/Maisie telling her to come home.
I think the little boy is already home.

That’ll be a big reveal video I bet! Wesley will most likely come home first (If he isn’t already). He seemed to be a lot stronger than his sister. I’ll have to watch the Birthday vlog soon!

Havent watched a vlog in forever, but watched Flynn’s birthday and I thought he was super cute. Love his little observations about things.

That's rough if one baby came home without the other.

I suppose getting as many vlogs out of a situation is her priority so it is more than possible she'd do a separate vlog for Flynn's birthday and a separate one for Wesley coming home.

I hope this doesn't mean they'll be spending less time with Maisey. The NICU nurses are probably content with easing Erik and Colleen in with one baby home first.

Why was she continuously talking like they weren’t going to be home for Christmas, then suddenly the boy is home? Does it happen that quickly?

Unless she was lying for views, no way. The baby needs to meet several milestones to be released and that’s a continuous process, and predictable fir that reason.

However- the twins are 38 gest. weeks as of today, meaning full term (37-40 weeks is full term). The fact they haven’t been released yet (if they haven’t, she’s a view milker so who knows) would mean either things are not peachy or she’s unfit to care for them so nurses are stalling a little longer.

It’s quite normal for it to be a bit of a surprise when baby comes home. I know so many people who had babies in the NICU and while they knew that the baby would be home in 1-2 weeks, they never knew the exact date. Things change quickly in there, so she could easily have just gone in one day and they said ‘hey, one of them is ready to come home tomorrow!’ A few friends have also said that the nurses told them it would take longer to get the baby home than it did, because they didn’t want them getting their hopes up - could be that the nurses deliberately told Colleen that it would be after Christmas.

I think if the nurses told her after Christmas she knew they were saying that out of caution. The only reason she kept repeating "after Christmas" was for woe-is-me content even if she didn't believe it herself.

100% this. The due date was Dec 27 so absolutely no reason to keep them that long unless she’s not telling about major problem with them. But I think our girl is just lying for pities and views like always…

Aww, he IS home!!! He’s so freaking cute and looks super healthy!! Maisy shouldn’t be too far behind him, maybe 2-3 more weeks?

She needs to stop vlogging. She is quite quickly going to burn out trying to be in so many places at once on so many different schedules.

Agreed. She's stretching herself in a million directions and trying to pretend everything is fine. Vlogging / editing every day, caring for Wesley / Flynn, visiting Maisy in the NICU, flogging merch and the tour that she seems determined to do despite how chaotic her life is already. There's no need for her to carry on like this. We all know she's worried about becoming irrelevant but the amount she's doing is ridiculous. She has enough money to take a step back, look after herself and her family and her fans would be completely supportive.

imo she'll have to be forced if she ever take a real break from vlogging, she needs it for positive reinforcement, for attention...;Gwen Eric and Kory will be in charge of the kids sooner than we will know

What is this silly bandana phase they're going through with Flynn? Trying to make him look like a mini Eric, who as far as I know, doesn't wear bandanas?

Ahhh her father in law (Joshua’s father) used to be called the Bandana man, maybe a nod towards her (estranged) in laws :D ?
