They already did the other week and one of the protesters came out and said it was worth it for their cause
Now that insulation rebellion have had a super wide injunction thrown at them, animal rebellion have taken up the mantle and climbed up the outside of the DEFRA hq in protest against the climate effects of meat and dairy etc.
E2a my mistake, it's against government subsidies to meat and dairy industries, looks suspiciously like the climate bit was tacked on the end.
( initially I just saw a short report, no glue mentioned though.)
On the plus side, no traffic being stopped.

See the Numptys at Insulate Britain are warning people not to use the M25 tomorrow as they are going to protest there. I do hope the police cut this off pretty quickly or else I can see someone getting seriously injured.
Those that live in and around London must be fed up with all this by now. I am thankful that I live no where near any of the disruption.

It takes a lot for me to get cross but I’m absolutely furious with Insulate Britain’s M25 strategy and the lack of real action to prevent the disruption and reach a resolution. The injunctions are serving absolutely no purpose, the police are effectively useless (bit of an oxymoron!) and the government threats of action are hollow. What the duck are they all playing at?
I appreciate that protests, by their very nature, are meant to disrupt but what this shows me is that the government and police are more or less washing their hands of it. It’ll cause more civil discord and I fear it’ll end in violence.

Ranvih Singh and Richard Madeley on GMB were brilliant with dealing with that rude and abnoxious idiot from IB this morning.
Tracey from IB claimed to be disabled and on benefits, yet seems able to travel to and walk onto the carriageway of the M25 on a regular basis. Her home doesn't appear to be insulated either.
My advice to her is if you can travel around the country and protest, get a job. You are clearly fit and able enough to be able to travel around protesting, but not when it comes to getting a job and paying your own way. The money being paid to you in benefits could be spent insulating homes instead. Stop being an utter hypocrite.

The sense of entitlement is unreal. They would be better spending their time fundraising to insulate their home or shock horror.... working and paying for it themselves. Why should the government (and ultimately us) keep picking up the tab for these plebs.
The spokespersons they have are just awful. And presumably they're the most articulate of them? The guy on nick Ferrari was rude and failed to get a single point across. And I'm someone who often supports more impactful protests.
I missed the GMB interview but I did catch the live part where they interviewed one of the protesters at the roadside. These people are utterly delusional. When asked about the waste of police resources her answer was that crops will start failing and that will incite murders so it’s actually a good thing that they are doing it 
This is exactly it isn’t it. They don’t have a clear vision, or messages, so their cause cannot be articulated meaningfully. I agree with @Yel in that I support impactful protests but they are so muddled and so vague, and the protestors themselves don’t seem to know what they’re seeking to achieve! they’re just building anger and resentment and that’s no good for creating support and effecting change.
Many of us support the cause in principle, just not the way they go about it.
There are ways and means of protesting without having to impact on people going about their daily business.
The people I have seen on GMB from IB come across as clueless and utterly hypocritical.

They should be grateful its only ink, one of these days someone is going to flip and they are going to get hurt.
If they didn't sit in the road and deliberately block traffic, it wouldn't have happened to begin with.
I agree, I think it's only a matter of time before someone gets pelted with something really gross or dangerous.
In this day of the rising cost of living and post covid, people are not going to appreciate losing a days money by being stuck in a pointless road protest.
It is no wonder some have lost it with the protesters.

Absolutely not.
A substance like acid I would most definately draw the line at.
However much of this has been brought on by the lack of action taken by our Police Forces. If they moved these protesters on within a matter of minutes, not hours, then much of this conflict could be avoided.
