if she acknowledged it in the “guilty feminist podcast” way of “I’m a feminist but I still have a crush on Tom Cruise” I’d be confused but meh. But seems to be more of a rule for thee and not for me trope.
I saw Hannah Ferguson posted she’s on booktopia’s best seller list, and has stayed there for some weeks, I think (onya hannah.) Couldn’t help but notice Clem was absent

I’m disappointed in Clementine. I really love her, love all her books and the content she produces and was a “bestie” but I’m disappointed she never called out Deni’s predatory behaviour. She has a platform, there’s a way she could do it but she chose to remain silent. Disappointing.
Yep, it’s quite odd.
I think some of the marriage stuff has really been punching down too. She absolutely could have amplified the voices of queer people like Pablo on the Deni saga if she didn’t feel comfortable having her own take (she’s always got an opinion though, so I don’t believe that). Hiding behind mental health to justify really crappy and violent behaviour is not okay. Violent behaviour towards their much younger partner. Then turning court appearances into a fashion shoot TWICE with zero remorse for their crimes or empathy for the victims.
I said it at the time, but she went on and on about Jonah Hill when that content had been done to death and she had no unique perspective to add. Meanwhile, Deni is out there getting away with all sorts of things completely unchecked. She follows him. She’s local to him. It fits with her usual content.
Omg just reading this back and I wouldn’t say yes to Tom Cruise but I think Clem would.

Anyone else catch that weird story I think she was out on a date and had come back home and was drunk talking about it. Seemed like she was crying/almost crying. Probably accidentally not put on close friends.
yes I saw that, it seemed to have been the 2nd part of something and it didn't entirely make sense, was probably for close friends group

The story picked up mid conversation and she’s talking about a man (possibly a date) and how he wasn’t listening or something like that she was really distressed and/or drunk.
