You beat me to it. A personal coach is not a 'therapist'. If you read her 'founder' page on her website she writes like a slightly - but only slightly - more coherent version of Mario. Also Marion (and other obvious idiots that follow her ego-inflating advice), Lorna is not a therapist. In fact, she holds no qualifications or degrees necessary to become a therapist or mental health professional. She’s only qualified as a NLP (an approach to changing behaviour and develop personal development) practitioner:

(all her previous work experiences are all managerial roles)
Paper work for the company “Mind Positive” only lists her as a “Professional Coach”:

What’s more, is NLP is not supposed to be used in place of actual therapy:

And, it’s basically horsehit:

But aye, Marion, you’ve been scammed by a fraudster so Ha-Ha. You only like her because she tells you what you WANT to hear not what you NEED to hear. This woman is making money out of borderline narcissists and to put bluntly, worst cunts, who think they’re improving themselves but in reality they’re just doubling down into their toxic ways.
Edit - This info took me about 10 minutes to find. This is why screening online “coaches” for anything is so important, the majority of the time, they are talking oot their arses.
Mario - you should have listened to your family and your GP. If the app which is no yer joab but is yer joab and yer fine, really really fine but yer no really fine, then to use your favourite word. Get the fuck off the app.
In my opinion - and I am allowed an opinion Mario - you are an addict.
You are addicted to Instagram and living in a virtual world.
You are addicted to spending more than your earn and hoarding shite.
You are addicted to seeking validation and praise from complete strangers.
When someone has an addiction, to recover from the negative effect it has on their life, they have to realise what their addiction is doing to them and decide to change if that is what they want.
An alcoholic can't just have the one glass now and then, drug addicts can't have the odd spliff or a couple of E's and a gambler may use the self-exclusion scheme to avoid having that wee bet. They will seek professional support from someone specialising in that particular addiction and hopefully have the support of family and friends to help avoid relapses. They will not go to a life coach who has done a couple of courses and got a laminated certificate stating proficiency in a pseudo science, who may then encourage them to carry on as they are, ignore the people around them who may see how the addiction is affecting them and say 'fuck them'.
An addict who truly wants to get life back on track gives up their addiction and is supported by loyal family and friends. But you are not ready for that, in your mind you could give up instagram with a click of your fingers in the same way as you could get a mortgage with the click of your fingers. You are in denial of your addiction and the fact that outside the virtual world you have few if any friends. You have delusions that your fame was what precluded you from going into see Lorna before, there are dozens of small businesses using the Enterprise Centre in Kilmarnock so you could have been going to any one of them.
In my opinion Lorna has enabled you to decide that if someone doesn't like you, then they must be coming from a place of their own insecurity or from a position of envy. She has not made you aware that you need to take accountability for your own behaviour and that if you constantly lie, display negative traits and be unkind to the legend that was Wee Betty then you will be picked up on it by people of integrity.
Until you admit your addiction and take a step back to recover from that, with the help if needed from a proper 'addiction counsellor or therapist' and make your insta private for family and friends then stop wingeing and blaming others.

"Lorna' ?!I dunno there’s too many long words in there for Marion and not enough spelling mistakes. It reads like someone trying to sound intelligent when they’re actually not though
