Trying to book a table at the Farmers dog for our anniversary. Why is it so difficult?!

Each to their own. Its good for a specific areas businesses but perhaps not the local population living there. It just would be nice if the message was not drive across the country to see this, rather go see what your local has to offer and buy direct from your local farm. I know not everyone lives near farms but there'll be something nearer than the farmers dog.My cousin and her fiance drove 4 hours to see the farm shop and pub. They stayed at a local B&B for 2 nights, ate at local pubs/cafes whilst there. I know there will be day trippers but also a lot of people will stay over because of the distance, it's all good for the areas tourism I reckon.
I just binged this and my those two women advising about the pub - what absolute miserable rude cows.
Happy to sign up to take some of his money but then fled the minute they had to work. The one with straight hair had so much Botox her forehead shone, and she was so rude about 'go back into the kitchen'.
They were miserable to watch - thank god they went.
Apart from them, this season made me laugh out loud more than any of the rest. I lived Harriet and hope she comes back. Agree Kaleb needs to get over himself. I wish Lisa would out Jeremy on a diet or he's not long for this world.
Great telly and he's a principled soul doing great things for farming.
We watched e2 tonight and both collapsed laughing at this too.We had to pause it at that point as we couldn't see the tv from tears.![]()
Already filmed but according to Amazon that’s it’s because of JC’s character. I’d imagine they’re rethinking their decision now - and if they don’t another streamer will snap the show upLove this hope there's a series 3.![]()
It was at the football match, Lisa asked him if he knew all the players names, and he just said they were all called Copper.I think Jeremy mentioned there are a lot of Coopers in the village, so could perhaps be related somewhere down the line!![]()
Yes he's a millionaire but he's not using any of his other money to fund the farm.Has anyone else been on any of the facebook groups about the farm? How thick are some people? I keep seeing people going on about the farm profits, as if Jeremy is pretending *he* only made £140 odd quid profit.
It really irritates me that they think they're seeing something the rest of us aren't by pointing out that he will be being paid a lot from Amazon, and has other high earning sources of income to fall back on.
How can people miss the point so spectacularly? Even if you never watched any of it, and just watched the bit where they talk about the farm profits at the end of the season, its very obvious that he is quoting those figures to highlight the financial position of every other farmer who isn't a famous presenter with lucrative TV dealsMORONS.
Ah but do they own them? And yet, when I was doing supermarket deliveries to lots of farms in the Fens during Covid, I never came across a farmhouse that wasn't a mega mansioninvariably with beautiful views. Maybe well-paying farming is unique to East Anglia.
Maybe, but then how can they plead poverty?I live in a farming area and all the farmers round here all drive big expensive range rovers.
I went to a farm in the USA on holiday last year and it had water sprinkler system. Yes, I have a child who asks a lot of questions and had to google it. Maybe instead of the robots he could buy a sprinkler systemHas anyone seen the Clarkson's Farm Reddit? Absolutely chock full of thickos wondering if Clarkson is still alive, people thinking he's only just been diagnosed and baffled Americans asking why he didn't just water the fields.
God what an awful situation, that must have been so difficult for you!I think sometimes it’s best for the animal that someone close to them is not there crying as it can stress them out. When I had to have my horse PTS, I couldn’t be with him. He was PTS by gun as he was needle phobic and I didn’t want to stress him as I struggled to maintain composure.
Aw i know im just trying to stay positiveHe literally giggled that he was leaving him out of it.
