I do always wonder who looks after her when they go away for the weekend and such likes. Do you think they have a nanny they take with them?! Surely they wouldn’t use a stranger.

That’s my point / if the baby was ill allergies or whatever, you’d want to be close, on hand etc in case anything happened esp so soon after being diagnosed.
