I dont follow any diet plan but i genuinely like seeing Mo's content and her recipes she posts.
Mo has maintained for 12 years.... Claire couldnt maintain 12 days.
She found it too hard at target and had to set another if you remember. I do not understand how you cant maintain but you can lose. Surely its easier to maintain as you can be more flexible? I dont know but it sounds like common sense to me.. but forgive me if im wrong as i havnt experienced it to know and I know alot of you twollies are years into maintaining after huge losses.
I bet once she has got to target she sets another. I can already see the videos tomorrow or Friday
