I dont follow any diet plan but i genuinely like seeing Mo's content and her recipes she posts.

Mo has maintained for 12 years.... Claire couldnt maintain 12 days.
She found it too hard at target and had to set another if you remember. I do not understand how you cant maintain but you can lose. Surely its easier to maintain as you can be more flexible? I dont know but it sounds like common sense to me.. but forgive me if im wrong as i havnt experienced it to know and I know alot of you twollies are years into maintaining after huge losses.

I bet once she has got to target she sets another. I can already see the videos tomorrow or Friday

Yes it is easy to maintain if you’ve got self control unlike the resident pig 🐷 I’m still careful about what I eat to maintain but I will have a treat like Saturday night we had friends over for a Chinese takeaway, I was extra good the day before and day after to allow for that it’s all about having self control something she’ll never have!

She doesnt want to reach the target does she! Worried what content she can do if not slimming!
No doubt she will gather the kids for some kind of trend or photoshoot to get the comments section going.
So predictable isnt she!
There isnt a content creator on the whole of the interner i dislike more than her.... and I use the term content creater very loosly!
You’ve got it! That’s exactly what she’s worried about because let’s face it she’s not got any other content worth watching. I feel the same as you I’ve never hated any content creator ( if you can call her that like you say!) as much as I dislike her. She is absolutely vile.

She couldn’t even maintain a weight that was still at least 2 stone overweight.

I won’t go into Claire specifically as we all know she’s an out right glutton, but hand on heart, maintenance is every bit as challenging as losing it. You’re no longer working towards a lower number on the scales, so the motivation has to come from building habits you can stick to long term.
You still have to be mindful of calories. Yes, you get a few more depending on your age, height, weight and activity level, but it’s not a free-for-all. I’ve maintained a 9 stone loss for a few years now and I still plan my week. I tend to eat a set amount Monday to Friday and save some calories for treats at the weekend.

We even have “Cheesecake Saturday” in our house! The difference is, unlike Claire, I don’t buy a slice from every bakery in town. I buy a box with two individual portions and share it with my husband. That’s what maintenance looks like for me - enjoying treats while still keeping some boundaries in place.

Exactly this sounds like how it should be and just part of everyday lifestyle. She has bad food habits that she hasnt learnt from where as during your amazing loss you will have learnt about food and calories etc and took that into maintenance with you.

I plan meals too and i enjoy cooking. I have a chronic illness and i am underweight but i struggle so much to put weight on. Everyone says " just eat this and that and loads of junk etc" but i just cant and dont want to eat crap and junk! The meals i make are reletively healthy and i track my calories as i find it helps me learn about food groups etc! I cant help liking the foods i do and i would feel sick if i ate tit all the time. I want to gain weight but want to eat well so its catch 22!

She will never maintain as she is a glutton. Its all or nothing for her. Like i imagine she would have a packet of crisps... then go for another and another! She woudnt know when to stop due to her tit relationship with food which she says shes overcome..... i dont think so!

Exactly, and this is why it pissed me off when she said last week that the weight was "gone forever"..it undermines how hard it is to maintain.

Ive just watched the video of her talking to Pearl about her school visit to a nursing home.

The whole time Claire was talking to her whilst in the camera. Never turned to face her once while speaking to her, just into the camera as she asked her questions!

Id be horrified if someone was having a conversation with me and they had their phone held up to speak to it the whole time
Never once speaking directly to me.

Mother of the year though....

Is she seriously telling him to iron his top? EVERYTHING she puts on needs ironing! Even the stuff that is too tight clinging on for dear life over them rolls!

Today she is tired because " thats been a mum" everyone get the violins out. What about those who are being a mum AND have to go out to work... whilst she is debating should i have my nails done or have a chill day! Slow day today she says...
