Sending you lots of loveNot how I expected my Christmas Eve eve to go, in the doctors getting a breast clinic referral after finding a lump at the beginning of the weekend. I told my mam about it when I found it but she’s not mentioned it since so I don’t want to mention it anymore if she’s forgotten and spare her worrying over the next couple of weeks so I’ll just keep it to myself and have this moan instead! Ate my body weight in celebrations today, I’ve lost almost 5 and a half stone since April but I’m sure I’ve just put it all back on in celebrations alone

Well the food I bought for Christmas last week has all been eaten, so I got up at 5am today to beat the rush at Tesco 
Got everything for £70, which I think is reasonable.
My bloody awful mother - long time abuser who I didn't speak to for ten years - has just frustrated me so much that I told her to stop going on at me all the time, because I don't want her opinions. She's replied, but I don't want to look at what she said. So I'm feeling sad for if she's upset/lonely over Christmas, but I was feeling so pressured by her constantly breathing down my neck that I was at breaking point, so I'm not sorry I spoke up. Just sad for her.
Like they say, "Let's just try to get through Christmas!"

I normally dress up, even if I'm staying in, because it hel0s me feel special. But between the constant cooking, alcohol and the need for an afternoon nap, being dolled up becomes very inconvenientWhat do you all wear on Christmas Day?! I’m tempted to stay in pjs all day

I love that there’s loads of animal lovers on this thread. He has also got a tin of Lily’s Kitchen three bird feast for his Christmas dinner and we have Christmas themed biscuits to put out for Santa Paws tonight

Well there’s always one isn’t there? Honestly. ITS CHRISTMAS EVE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.
I’ve just counted and the effing cat has more presents than I do. Unless one of mine is Tom Hardy Mr Begotten may be spending tomorrow night in the shed.

I had a really long soak in the bath last night and then got into a newly cleaned nightie and then a bed with fresh linen. Best feeling in the whole world.Fresh pyjamas after my shower. Can’t beat it

Oooh I just signed into my Next account online (I barely ever shop there apart from their homeware) and if you go into your account online it asks if you would like to go into the VIP sale.
