It must be hard having autistic children, but saying she served them fish and chips for Xmas day as it’s the only thing they’ll eat (saw a similar article I think it was last Xmas saying she had to go get them drive thru McNuggets) - I mean ALL kids that age (7 & 4) are fussy as hell about food and won’t eat a roast dinner. It’s not something that’s unique to your kids Christine love. She reminds me of a friend I know who has ADHD and is always uploading Facebook statuses attributing normal everyday things to ADHD, saying things like “if I don’t log into a website for a while, I can never remember my password and always end up having to reset them because of my adhd” (doesn’t everyone do this?!).

Also, your kids are that resistant to change and they have a hard time processing sensory issues but you moved house 2 weeks before Christmas?

I've only just come across this person as she has a book out which seems at first glance like misery porn or whatever it's called. Poor upbringing, sexual abuse, bullied for being pretty etc etc.
Are the kids severely autistic or is she milking their disabilities for the love she gets from followers for being such a great mum?

I'm curious because we have an autistic child and it feels like I didn't have a chance to even brush my hair for the first 18 years or so as they need round the clock care, yet she looks fine and dandy with her cosmetic surgery and beeeeuuuuutiful home yet they have 3 autistic kids. We never even had wallpaper for years because it got ripped straight off the walls and even a Christmas tree was a huge trigger so we didn't have one for years, just a little one we hung on the wall.

children preferring certain foods and the sensory aversions that can be part of autism are two completely different things.

Apparently she never discussed with Paddy if he had an affair with Nicole Appleton or not….she choose to sweep the situation under the carpet, say nothing and continue on with her marriage…..like duck I would 😤

Would you want to be alone with three kids on the autism spectrum though , I know I wouldn’t, I wouldn’t sweep it under the carpet though I’d be wearing his bollocks as earrings if it had been my bloke

I’m not sure I believe her! I just think she’s trying to keep the gossip to a minimum and not give Nicole the satisfaction (in her eyes).

I also read a while back on the conspiracy thread on here that it wasn’t actually Nicole he had the affair with but Holly Willoughby, Nicole was some kind of coverup as she’s mates with Holly or something.

It's very common (sadly) for people on the spectrum to be easily manipulated, gas lighted etc, I would give her the benefit of the doubt that she probably just got on with it. Plus with 3 kids also on the spectrum who thrive on routine and stability you'd break your own heart 1st before you'd walk away.
Saying that also read it was Holly! Either way Paddy's a twit.

Wasn't a fan of her documentary last night but I suppose it raised awareness of autism. The kids faces being shown would have drawn people in more to the story being told and at times autism seem to come second to bigging up what amazing parents her and Paddy are.

I wouldn’t want my kids faces being shown either to be fair

I thought it was really good but I’m an autism mum so it’s a subject close to my heart, I found it refreshing they spent quite a part of the documentary talking about girls and autism and it’s true they do mask their emotions , not wanting to blow smoke up arses but autism parents are amazing 😉, but so are all parents , I don’t put my kids on social media so I respect them keeping their identities hidden, in this day and age of instafloggers selling their kids soul for a freebie or ad revenue it’s quite refreshing.

I think when you look at her as a grown woman with autism herself, a tribe of autistic children and a high profile husband that’s she’s doing pretty dam well. I’d certainly applaud her!

My children are autistic too and I found parts of the programme so relatable. My husband was especially moved by Paddy and his journey of developing and learning about ASD.
Can’t bear Simon Baron Cohen though!
