Hellooooo! How are we all today. I went out for breakfast but didn't go anywhere exciting just had a Mcdonalds. I asked for a double sausage and they gave me a single. I was livid but i suppose any sausage is good right we then went to a pub to watch the match. I'm home now and i feel roasting and a bit headachey cos I thought it'd be a good idea to wear a pink wooly jumper?? It's bloody roasting out. Hope you're all alright and having a good day

all this talk of food and I was influenced to take my son to the beach and pier after work. Bf drove us down and we had a walk on the beach, play on the arcades, chippy tea and a slushy Also had a hot donut on the way back. Proper seaside pig out but bloody worth it.

OH MY GOD guysss I’m so glad to be back home. I hate socialising but I hate “going to town” even more and I just had to do both. I can’t stand town, especially where I live as it’s just full of smackheads and kids. I literally wanted to crawl into the ground the entire time. I spent most of the night dodging this shitty photographer who kept trying to get photos of us all so I eventually told him to fuck off. Everyone that I was with was getting drunk and I don’t drink so I was so bored, they were all just screaming to be the loudest in the room and taking selfies all damn night, one photo is fine but it was literally for 5 hours? My boyfriend pissed me off aswell because he kept asking if I wanted a drink. He knows I don’t drink but he kept going and he was drunk - I literally hate him when he’s drunk and he was shouting so loud to talk it gave me the ick. And the faces people pull and the boring shit they say when you tell them you don’t drink. Bore off. I have no idea why I’m ranting here so enjoy

I don’t drink because my mum was an alcoholic and she passed away last year, so whenever I’m around drunk people it makes me feel a certain type of way

Had my gynae appointment, it went really well. She just 'gets me' anyway I'm staying on my HRT meds as is for now and adding in testosterone

I've felt really low and sad all day. I cried for half an hour at work in front of my colleagues who I've only known for a month which I feel a bit bad about. I hate myself for letting my ex dictate my mood so much.

Tomorrow I'm going clothes shopping since I won't be spending any money on dates! I went a little bit into it on the dating thread, but I don't want to completely kill the mood here

A part of me is relieved that now I know exactly where I stand and what is going on, and just need to focus on my glow up

@Hope96 aw lovely that was a sad read. It's awful knowing you're still so sad. A break up is like a grief process it takes so much time. It's easy to say 'why aren't you living your life' but it's hard to actually do. Sometimes through break ups and feels like you're doing proper well then the most random thing can fuck it up. Break ups are So Tough but you're doing really well!! Give yourself more credit. One day you'll wake up and he won't matter as much, and those feelings will fade and fade and fade until their gone. I sometimes think about my ex, not in a lovey dovey way, or a I miss them way just as a I still care way, but the love & heartbreak you feel for him will definitely fade eventually. Keep your chin up xx

Omg ive been out all day and I'm still not home. On the bus home and I JUST got the baby to sleep and some arsehole kid started screaming off the bus as it was parked and the baby woke up nearly got off the bus and leathered the kid! I went to mother in laws after seeing Dorreen. I just sat and nearly fell asleep alllll day. It was bliss. My fella got a scratch card and won 20 quid then he got me one and i won a tenner. Our lucky day obvs I've done 14,859 steps today I'm knackered!!!
