I hope Matts final journey yesterday went as well as it could for Chelsea and the boys. If she ever does check here, I hope she finds comfort knowing we’re all behind her (well nearly all of us anyway) 
I thought about her and the boys yesterday... such a difficult time... amazing young lady... can't even begin to imagine what they are going through.. I’ve not seen her updates in a while, I can’t imagine what she and the family are going through. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

I can't see her insta page and I was a follower. Hope she's doing OK the boys would of been celebrating their birthday this month bless them
I noticed Chelsea reinstated her page. Chelsea if you do read I know this site gets bad press but please know that 99.9% of us offer nothing more than best wishes for you.
