Applies to Givenchy Antigona as well....she’s such a lazy ass if she doesn’t research new websites or how to pronounce brand names/names of bags properly. It bugs me too
Couldn’t of said it better myself. Also at least MIM addressed it.. albeit rather late. But I don’t think amie ever would. She will never buy from them anyway because she knows deep down they are not legit.
Never known a 20k closet to have such a gap![]()
It is because of the skirting, it was a joke as she claims that's a 20,000 closet.I really don't like Amie. But I think that gap is because the adjacent wall doesn't have skirting board at the bottom.
If this is a 20k closet she got a REALLY bad deal. I bought a custom made closet from a quality brand. Size is about the same (maybe even bigger) and it fits my insanely large clothing, shoe and bag collection. I have 16 drawers, but not the light. It was only 5kCouldn’t of said it better myself. It may have cost 1k from IKEA but it looks far cheaper than that ie like tat you’d pick up from a dumpster and paint over to make it look abit better. The Chanel bags look out of place in that cheap mess so could pass off as fake. If everything screams cheap then it could equally apply to the bags. She’s such a tool. She bought the closet for 1K from Ikea. The 20K was a quote to have bespoke.
Right, and has the nerve to recommend people what bags to buy, just to turn around and sell that bag a few months later after she's made enough money on that video. She has to keep the rotation going because it's 90% of her content.Oh my goodness - more bags have been sold! And if my memory serves me correctly some of them are barely a few months old. Amie must be hard up for cash! She spends her money on tit, and then has to sell to fund her habit and pay for work on the house. Loser!
I second the fact(s) that 1) it gets VERY COLD in California 2) trying to look cute during winter with anything flimsy, sheer, lightweight, etc. is just a big no-no. I don't care if I look like the Michelin man in my layers, I'm trying to survive the winter here folks! Recommend something practical Amie please. She recommends the most ridiculous winter dresses for "festive season". It's freaking freezing - who wears the flimsy skirts she recommends unless you live in Hawaii or Australia? Most of her audience is from UK and USA where it is freaking freezing - even in California during December. I was once in California in December and it was 0 degrees celsius. I was shivering in my winter puffer coat.
I don't know about you but in the holidays at home (no where to go this year), I wear nice comfy stretchy leggings and a nice sweater over it.
Never trust Amie's bag recommendations. She sells all her bags eventually except Chanel flaps and LV totes.
Well, Amie’s a first class idiot but we all knew that anyway. There’s no logic to anything that she does - dressing up in stupid party wear when we’re not out of the woods on covid, recommending bags when she’ll toss them out in two ticks. And don’t get me started on that stupid house of hers.I second the fact(s) that 1) it gets VERY COLD in California 2) trying to look cute during winter with anything flimsy, sheer, lightweight, etc. is just a big no-no. Exactly - so proves she’s an idiot through and through. She won’t be ‘going to work’ as her work is based at her home so I’d love to see her using her bags (will most likely be for trips to Tesco, Boots, the local curry house or pub) and looking like an absolute fool. The most ridiculous thing was when Amie says she is going to use her Mulberry tote for going to work after the pandemic. It's a very nice tote - the colour is gorgeous and the leather is beautiful (I'm not trying to take it away from the bag. I'd rather buy a Mulberry leather tote than an LV never full).
But the thing is...where is Amie going to work? She moved from London to Birmingham so obviously either her old job didn't require commuting or she found a new job that I'm not aware of. The company she runs with Dan hires engineers and soft ware developers not based in Europe so it's not a reason either. I'm seriously LMAO.
I've never been to the UK and definitely not Birmingham (though my husband is British but he immigrated to North America years ago) but I was under the impression Birmingham was an industrial town. Amie would look so out of place there with her ridiculous designer gear.Exactly - so proves she’s an idiot through and through. Things have changed in that while still quite industrial in some places there is a decent city centre in Birmingham with nice malls and restaurants. But it’s a good 30-40min drive from where Amie lives so not some place you can pop over quickly to have a look. There is a posh area outside of Birmingham called Solihull - lovely big houses and picture perfect lawns. Bet Amie wishes she bought a house there! There isn’t much in Solihull town so Amie can’t exactly rock up in S’hull to shop etc and pretend she lives there with her Chanel bag and all. People there are old money so don’t really bother with logo screaming bags and shoes.I've never been to the UK and definitely not Birmingham (though my husband is British but he immigrated to North America years ago) but I was under the impression Birmingham was an industrial town.
