First challenge was cooking for a load of scouts outdoors on open fires and wood fired ovens. All of them did OK in the end though looked like they wouldn't be finished - usual stuff Gregg all over Amy as normal.
Then back in the studio they had to cook something that was inspired by someone.
Wynne - did a 'Cardiff fish and chips' inspired by a friend. Sort of curry fish and chips. Judges liked it.
Luca - tomato fish stew for his dad. Judges liked it.
Max - US fried chicken and bacon on waffles for a friend. Judges favourite.
Amy - chocolate and mint ice cream dessert for her grandad. Got her timings wrong and it wasn't set though tasted OK.
Jamelia - Princess 'picky meal' for her daughters. Lots of small bits and bobs including coconut ice, salmon tart, beetroot dyed boiled egg. But she didn't have time to complete some other things.

The scouts task is crackers! Am just watching. My husband is a scout leader and all three of my boys have worked their way through the levels including the eldest just finishing explorers and it's been soup/chill/beans all the way! I also can't imagine any of my of my kids critiquing the food in this way! Maybe that's just me!Since when did the scouts go so middle class?!My friend is a scout leader and they still do proper camping in tents. They don’t eat venison!
