I was surprised to see empty rooms that they don't live in. I wonder why they are selling that house as there was clearly enough room in it for it to grow with the family.

It seems like now he’s been given land to build, though don’t know why that wouldn’t have been an option years ago
I would say the decision to build at this stage is also heavily influenced by the amount of free, gifted, paid ad and collaboration opportunities she has. So will be able to build on the cheap.
I pray for the day all those opportunities dry up for the instahuns who are all just take take take.
I had wondered too why the land wasn't given to them years ago but now I think about it, the land was sold to them not given to them as she said a few months ago that land came up for sale beside his parents.

I didn’t hear her say they bought it either, I thought she said it was his family land? If not, why would they bother? I’d imagine the site was free and the house sale/freebies will allow them to live mortgage free or with a very small mortgage.

She absolutely replied to see what she was offering and it wasn’t enough for her or as you say she wasn’t willing to pay for the exposure. What happened to ‘wanting so much to help everybody out on this journey’?
You can guarantee she is helping no one out except herself- I was chatting to a girl that exhibited at the Big Day Out in Canal Court and she won’t be back- said it cost her money- she sold very little and Caroline charged plenty for the stand!!!
