I’m posting this here as I don’t think Nadine Baggott has her own thread, and this has annoyed me this morning - doesn’t take much to be fair

Nadine’s done an IGTV, shop with me in Superdrug, who she does work with. Then goes on to do a tour of a shop, which looks to be pre-arranged perhaps as there are no customers around. Pointing out in store features, Superdrug brands plus a couple of other brands she likes.

All the way round her mask keeps slipping down below her nose and she keeps having to adjust it. Very distracting and obviously the mask isn’t doing it’s job properly if it does this and she’s wearing it out and about.

No #AD or #paidpartnership on display, nothing. Although please correct me if it’s hidden somewhere and I’m just not seeing it! I’m so sick of this tit. I hope her mate Hirons gives her a big kick up the a, publicly

I’m finding her more and more irritating to the point I can barely look at her. Waving those stupid hands around and flicking her bloody hair out of her face! Doesn’t she love herself.

Validation for their egos that they've got bargains and some worthwhile products. To be fair, they look like pretty good products and a good deal.

id heard of her but didnt know what she looked like until i saw her on this morning a couple of times. This is a genuine question..why is she deemed a skin care expert? .she looks grubby to me!

The lives did increase significantly since lockdown. Before then most of her content was YouTube

Was just looking at random YouTube videos the other night and stumbled on one from CH from last year.

Her attitude has gone noticeably downhill from the video I watched. It's pretty shocking how rude she is these days. Is it since she's moved to posting most of her content on IG?

She definitely used to be much more pleasant because I wouldn’t have watched her at all in the first place. It’s as though she’s had a personality transplant. The difference is unbelievable really. Pure speculation on my part, but I reckon it went to her head and she’s just got too up her own a, simple as that. So many people blowing smoke up your backside, telling you how wonderful you are must start to have an impact sooner or later. Then you can’t take it when even the slightest bit of well meant constructive criticism comes your way. Positive vibes only

I’m sure I read something by her about how she was always considered Too Much or aware of being considered Too much and had to moderate herself. Now she is in a position of power she doesn’t have rein that in right? Top of her own organisation, massive influence.

But aggression is usually hiding something and it’s the aggression I can‘t get on with. Assertiveness is effective and an indicator of good “leadership”. Aggression is what every bad manager the world over deploys because they actually don’t have the chops for the job (not saying Caroline doesn have the chops for her job, it’s the messaging style seems to put a lot of people off).
