The thing is she is pretty honest about the work she has done, albeit often in the guise of it needing to be done for medical reasons (eyelid surgery, invisalign etc). She took offence at the rudeness of the message not that the person was saying she has botox.
It was rude, I'll give her that and I'm not making excuses for the rudeness but isn't that par for the course for social media? I wouldn't even give it a second of my day tbh.

Right, this type of message must be par for the course for her (unfortunately). Maybe this was the straw that broke the camels back that day. I'm not defending her, I think she can be exceptionally rude herself, but, I can empathise that it must grind you down to read this stuff day after day.

Every time she speaks about product there needs to be an asterix detailing the Botox. Every. Time.

Same for Sali Hughes, all and any of them recommending and selling us skincare.

Someone who sells mugs saying "Oi duck off" should be able to deal with rudeness.

But yes, I agree @Skiddidlydaddle
Get in the sea @MakkaPakka . Whatever that means.

Yes! This should be a requirement if you are selling/advertising skincare or makeup. Like you can no longer use lash inserts in mascara ads as it obviously gives a completely unachievable look.

Wasn't the L'oreal adverts with Cheryl <insert surname> pulled up because she was wearing hair extensions? We need more of this on social media. I have no problem with them recommending products they like but they should be upfront about 'tweakments' ie botox.

I was just about to say the same thing! It's absolutely the same for having a face full of mini, botox (weak dilute) etc. It means the results of the very expensive skin care they are shilling isn't honest.

I have no problem with people having Botox, I’m considering it, but if you are telling me about the wonder effects of <<insert product>> I want to know about the scaffolding propping it up.

And it’s no good them saying ‘I’ve mentioned this in the past’. It needs to be disclosed on every single post, so that new viewers see the information and existing followers are reminded. It’s not good enough to mention the Botox and fillers once and expect that to cover them for every occasion in the future when they go on to wax lyrical about amazing skincare products.

Exactly. It’s not on the (new) reader to find out this information.

I want to see it with every product, in social media bios, in the “about“ section on websites. Wherever. Everywhere.

Yes! Every time they post a new review are you supposed to Google them to see if they’ve alluded to having anything done ever? NO.

Right, for example until I read the threads on here I had no idea Sali Hughes and Caroline Hirons had botox or fillers as neither had ever mentioned it and had in fact spoken about ageing naturally in the past. No wonder people feel cheated by the recommendations (often for eyewateringly expensive products).

Same! I used to read and be like “nah” these people (Tattlers) have it all wrong they’re well harsh and, like, well horrible?

No.

I’m posting this here as I don’t think Nadine Baggott has her own thread, and this has annoyed me this morning - doesn’t take much to be fair 😂

Nadine’s done an IGTV, shop with me in Superdrug, who she does work with. Then goes on to do a tour of a shop, which looks to be pre-arranged perhaps as there are no customers around. Pointing out in store features, Superdrug brands plus a couple of other brands she likes.

All the way round her mask keeps slipping down below her nose and she keeps having to adjust it. Very distracting and obviously the mask isn’t doing it’s job properly if it does this and she’s wearing it out and about.

No #AD or #paidpartnership on display, nothing. Although please correct me if it’s hidden somewhere and I’m just not seeing it! I’m so sick of this tit. I hope her mate Hirons gives her a big kick up the a, publicly 😡
I only know Nadine Baggott as the woman whose top lip doesn’t move when she speaks because she’s had so much work done. That’s how I recognise her. 😂
