She does this gurning thing with her face and it really puts me of her videos. Like her face is folding in on itself?! I hate judging people’s looks because I’m far from perfect but her hair looks a lot better pulled back of her face. If she’s paying a lot of money for that blow dry she had done for this morning then she’s throwing her money away! It did not look good

Oh my god.... The shame! Selling more lies
Couldn't find my old account, but had to create a new one and vent, as this crass woman has gone too far. She was always dead set against masks, because clay costs pennies.... but now she is promoting very very expensive masks and clays?? and only brands that she is friendly with?? She is a sales lady, carrying on like she is Elton John when launching another skincare kit that nobody truly needs in its entirety. She shames people into buying all these overpriced products from her buddies. I get it, she's in the business of making money first and foremost, but why be such a colossal b u l l y when someone thinks differently to your own opinion? She is not a scientist.... she is an untrustworthy hypocrit, preying on people's insecurities about ageing.

She did a YouTube live yesterday and said she was going to discuss skincare advice from tiktok but she didn't bother. Also she was quite rude at times I thought.

I have been a follower of Caroline since her interview with the Pixiwoo girls.
Back then it was so refreshing so find someone of a similar age to me rather than all the young girls on YouTube.
I used to read her Beauty Mouth blog and she’d recommend products for all budgets.
I joined her “Freaks” group (always hated the name, though) as soon as it started and it was wonderful to find like minded people. Tbh it was pretty much the only thing that kept me on Facebook.
I followed her advice and my skin did improve.
Fast forward to 2020...
What the hell has happened to her?
I feel like she is regressing rather than maturing!
Her “no-nonsense” approach has now become aggressive and arrogant.
Her “Freaks” have become entitled and seem desperate to be noticed by “their Queen“ (hate that too!) and if Caroline said paint your faces blue, they’d be there posting selfies of their achievement and how wonderful their skin looks. Then a lone soul would post that it didn’t work for her and they’d descend on her like a pack of wolves. I’m too long in the tooth for playground antics like that.
Years ago I recommended her blog to my friend.
We were chatting last week and I told her that I’d become disillusioned with Caroline.
Budget brands, hardly recommended now, kits galore and she seems to have become just like the rest of the younger generation YouTubers. Sell, sell, sell and expecting PR freebies. I loved that she wasn’t like that but the thing that made her different has disappeared, along with my respect for her.

I've only followed her recently but she seems to say she's going to do certain things then says she's too busy and doesn't have time.
For me it's the mental advice about applying loads of actives daily to your face and also the implication that if you are not spending a fortune on your skin you are neglecting it. She has this ridiculous quote comparing the amount you spend on a handbag should be comparable to what you spend on your skincare products.
I really despise this as we have all seen women on the freaks board sticking stuff on their credit cards, egging each other on to get into debt in the name of a "treat". Then giving themselves 3rd degree burns through overuse.

I am embarrassed I recommended her to 2 close friends. Although I stand by the 5 step cleanse (not invented by her, fine, but learnt from her) and my friends have seen a noticeable improvement (we’re all mid 40s), her carry on is morto though.
I've previously recommended CH and SH to people (usually telling them to use the CH cheat sheets but get the cheaper products SH recommended), but can't and won't anymore.
I'm very lucky to be a lot younger looking than my age, so when asked these days I'll just point people to a decent spf and some Superdrug and La Roche Posay or similar.
Youtube just spat the This Morning clip out on me. I don't understand why she always gets booked, she looks so bad. If you use all the products she tries to sell and this is the end results, why would you bother.... And she talks a mile a minute, if you really had no idea you still wouldn't after watching her.
Spot on. And she’s rubbish at chatting to Ruth. She doesn’t listen either. And someone get onto Josh Wood - she needs her roots done ASAP.
What about her latest grid post? I do agree with what she’s saying about that zinc oxide powder crap - I’ve read a few posts from other instagrammers about that over the last few weeks and it’s ridiculous and dangerous. However, as usual, in busts Hirons with her trademark charm. I especially like the little bit about her lawyers at the end of it
