I manually exfoliate once when needed, and use a hyper acid exfoliator every week/ten days (The Ordinary AHA 30% /BHA 2% Peeling Mask) and an overnight acid twice a week ish (Liquid Gold) so don't need to use daily acids

My skin is definitely better for them in my routine tho

Then hydrate and moisturise.

I’m tempted by the £15 Clarins masterclass she’s doing (I love Clarins and thought I could use the £15 redeemable for a Xmas present for my Mum). She’s just so unbearable and don’t want to give her the clout.

There’s a big raffle for beauty backed, £10 for one ticket or £20 for three. Open to anyone in the world. Prizes are one of 25 (?) bags filled with over £200 worth of skincare products or one of three suitcases filled with products.

I missed a lot of it but there was also something else about a mystery brand launching a brand new product in the Autumn kit.

Dr Speirings has done a story on Instagram to address all the commotion. She did look a bit flustered, but she came across pretty genuine imo. She claims it wasn’t directed at one particular influencer, and she encourages you to question everyone who tells you to do something, including herself, and ask for evidence that products work, be sceptical of adverts, affiliates etc. I think she’s taken aback at the vitriol she’s received.

I have a feeling Dr dray relies on youtube much in terms of money. I don't think she doesn't actually practice anymore. That's why she uploads everytime and has so much time to post and work on social media. I know she did online consultations but that's about it, she doesn't have much work experience.

I followed her for a bit ..but got fed up of allvthe #ads .. constant flow n not only skincare. .other stuff too... also the posing pics n asking people to leave questions... just 😬
