Hirons made a comment in one of her IGTVs a few weeks ago when she was discussing using a flannel to clean her face and that she was fully aware this was contrary to the advice given by dermatologists, but that basically she didn’t give a tit. I’m paraphrasing, but we all know what she’s like so you get the drift. I don’t think she gives a monkeys what qualified experts think, she knows better

Some girl said she was suffering with acne she was a WOC and they recommended Dija I looked at her ‘acne’ package and it’s like £1k when you could spend that on seeing a dermatologist for less
What?! That’s outrageous. Just go to your GP as a first port of call. But then that’s not glamorous is it.
I see it a lot in there dermatologists don’t seem to have a good name

I follow a dermatologist on insta called Dr Natalia Spierings... I urge you all to take a look at her factual, no nonsense content.
I was watching a live a few weeks ago with her and another bull-hater when they mentioned Caroline's new book. The live suddenly jumped from around 20 viewers to over a hundred, with lots of "get in the sea", "freaks 4eva" etc comments being sent... It was truly embarrassing. The host, being American and not really aware of CH's group didn't know what was going on.
Yesterday Natalia did a live with carolinelabouchere... Go watch it. She has now bought the book and is beginning to give her opinion... She is small fry compared to CH but I know whose opinion I trust... I'm watching with interest to see if the ripples turn to waves.
I've learnt so much from Natalia's feed, she's the antithesis of CH and the likes of Sali Hughes... Well worth a follow if you want to help your skin and wallet.
