Skincare in general is a very personal thing and whilst it is nice to watch YouTube videos, see epic hauls and read reviews, ultimately if something works for you then it works. Whether that’s Cetaphil, mineral oil or fragrance. Everyone is different. We don’t need someone, no matter the age, gender, skin type, shoving what we should use on us and telling us the rest can ‘get in the sea’.

For the last kit loads of them bought both. Absolutely ridiculous.

If anyone watches This Morning, they ask you to arrive ready as they show throughout the program what is coming up and the person is normally there to show a preview of what’s coming. Yesterday Caroline was nowhere to be seen up until she came on. Because she wasn’t ready she couldn’t do any previews. She’s such a twat. I hope they don’t ask for her to come back on as she just can’t follow a simple instruction then slags them off the day after.

First time poster!! I think for the most part the book is quite good for a coffee table style, and I got it for a tenner so I'm not regretting it. However, the woman is unbearable. I am part of her facebook group and the stuff she posts is unbelievable - constantly going on about social issues and how it is allowed (which I do agree with because some of the opinions being put forward need to be addressed) but then she went mental and shut down posts about animal testing because "people weren't listening to her" or something like that? how self centered can you get? She just clearly doesn't care about the topic - she was also spouting nonsense and ignoring those correcting her. You can't pick and choose what issues can be addressed, she has such a "my way or fuck off" attitude and its so childish for the age she is.

Honestly, what is the obsession with CH? Why do people follow her so blindly? Her skin is awful, her personality is awful, her advice is awful. I saw a live yesterday where she was with Kate Somerville and honestly, it was cringe. Kate’s skin was absolutely glowing, she looked fantastic, and Hirons was sat there rough as a builders arse. A builders arse is probably a better sight in all honestly. It was also cringeworthy in the fact that Hirons kept saying, “My friend, Kate! We’re friends aren’t we, Kate? What’s a joke between FRIENDS, KATE???” Meanwhile, Kate Somerville is sat there nervously laughing. It was embarrassing for Hirons.

I agree with the overall point she’s making - I do think it’s ridiculous that a man can have his beard trimmed, but we can’t have our brows done. However, as usual with Caroline, it’s the overblown, shouty delivery. I couldn’t watch the whole thing because she kept repeating herself and doing those facial expressions. I imagine after the first few minutes the rest was just more of the same.
