We will never know how CF was struggling and with what. She was abusing drugs and drink which was clearly exasperating whatever was going on inside her. Seems like she had no idea the effects of recreational drugs and possibly didn't think she had a problem and therefore didn't reach for rehab.
Only she and LB knows the truth of that night and I wouldn't take his word for it alone. So his injury is on the very top of his headinteresting to know how it happened like that

Don't know this Facebook account or where they've got the information from but it goes on to say CF spent valentine's night with 2 friends, one friend left her in the morning to go to the shop and on return could not gain access, dad was called who eventually got into the flat and found her hanged

I was in a relationship full of coercive control emotional abuse and physical abuse and it is very hard to admit to. My ex used to threaten suicide and self harm on a number of occasions. He blamed his mental health but never asked for help... I asked his family for help but no one helped me.I think threatening suicide regularly would come under coercive control (maybe that's where the view that she was manipulative towards LB came from) but domestic abuse and coercive control go hand in hand really.

Unfortunately it took doing something so serious for him to get help. I admit I stood by him at the beginning but I couldn't see I wasnt to blame for what he did. I made excuses said it was an accident etc but it wasnt the first time. You cannot accidentally hurt someone like that. My exs parents wanted me to say I hit my forehead on a kitchen cupboard.
It's awful the way Caroline died but asking for help when you feel so low is key.
Because he chose to share it at that specific time. Coincidence?? Unlikely. And I used “jumping on her” purely as a euphemism. As in he was using her to get his name back in the headlines. Obviously not physically jumping on her
Stories are varied. Again press making stories without knowing full facts.
One said a friend staying with her went to the shop and couldn’t get back in on her return so called her dad who came and found her.
Now it states passing police were flagged down by people and she was found laying down.
Several saying twin sister found her, others saying sister only identified her.
Sad all round. Absolutely awful.
I’m only speculating here as no one knows the whole truth apart from the boyfriend.That article credits his Instagram for the photograph although it does also state the photograph has emerged but not where from
One minute, she was trying to kill him (on the 999 call) the next she's harmless.
I don't think anything LB says can be relied upon.
But I think after the initial attack especially if he was asleep he quickly phoned the police saying she’d attacked him and then supposedly said before I met her I was normal ( makes me think it wasn’t the first time ) . He then realised a) He’d been attacked by somebody about a foot shorter than him b) he didn’t want her to be arrested . Unfortunately it seems her actions and demeanour made the police and ultimately cps think otherwise.
I think in her autobiography Personality disorder was mentioned when she was at school. I read it in one of the reviews on Amazon.

Just on the news, she was found hanging, her father took her down, the police arrived and she was on thr floor obvs because her dad had taken her down, they tried to revive her then paramedics took over. Her sister who had arrived with her dad identified her. That's a formality. Very sad situation. Horrendous for her father and sister.
Lewis can’t see it now but he will realise in time that he was in an extremely volatile and toxic relationship.

Reading it, it strikes me that Hazel is probably the pride of her council estate who needs to stick to writing about the soaps. She says it's ALL FACTS and you can Google it

I read the other day, that the coroner on Sophie Gradon’s case said that mixing alcohol and c makes someone 16 times more likely to commit suicide.
now if this true, I wish this were more well known. I can’t help but think that given that drugs are such a normal part of many young peoplies lives, a message saying
‘you are 16 times more likely to commit suicide if you take c and alcohol together. If you are struggling with mental health issues, do not mix these substances’
would be more affective than this ‘be kind’ bandwagon. Of course, most celebs and influencers don’t want to be associated with drugs publicly, but it seems like it could be an effective message to me.

So many people from all walks of life use c and most of the time alcohol goes hand in hand. Very few of the people using will understand the effect it is having on their mental health. Definitely need to raise awareness! We all know the effects of smoking, alcohol, weed etc but all that is said about drugs is that they're illegal and bad, no further explanation of the impact on the mind and body

Alcohol and c combined creates chemical X in the brain. Those with mental health issues have higher levels of Y in their body. X and Y combine to create XY2 which has the following effects ***
You can hang yourself from a door handle if the intention is there, especially if you’re in a desperate state of mind.
