Sorry for my naivety here but, what has this got to do with fathers4justice. She didn’t have a child so why have they got involved?
Take a look on his insta account. He posted some pretty bad stuff about Caroline mostly to do with male abuse. He claims he was the victim of abuse and sees it as his mission to highlight this.

I wonder if she had been in the US and behaved like she supposedly did when the police turned up and when she was arrested, would she have have had what they call a 5150 in the US, like they did to Kanye West and Trisha Paytas. She basically would have been committed for 24 to 72 hours, because she was a danger to others and herself, whether that is a good or bad thing who knows. But it’s possible the police may have come down much harder on her in the US and in the process, made her get the psyche treatment she needed. But obviously CPS were acting on information from the police, that she was a danger to others and needed to be separated from her bf and to proceed with the trial.

She could have volunteered to check herself into The Priory or gone and got therapy, she could have gotten the best support money can buy. Even if she didn’t want to go to the Priory specifically, she could have gone to some kind of a retreat centre abroad to get away from it all, people that rich can get away from their circumstances and get the best help money can buy, unlike ordinary people.
That would have b
Honestly you should read this thread because you clearly haven't... We're all talking about innocent until proven guilty and you are here jumping in shouting about stuff when their is no proof. It never went to court.. Therfore no facts were released

Unless you were on the scene or there in person you don't know

And Reading multiple articles and news papers doesn't make you any more knowledgable than the rest of us

A life was lost regardless of what facts you know or don't know..
i am not shouting about anything. Did you read what I wrote? And there would be no case to prosecute if nothing had happened. Use your head love. Thank st a shame she died, but the people closest to her are the ones who failed her. She should have been in care, instead of everyone so worried about what might come out at the trial, or if people knew she was mentally unwell. Now she’s dead and it’s all coming out regardless.

It's very sad that from as far as I know Dawn O'Porter was the only one to publicly support her during her tough time. I've always liked Dawn and their friendship does appear so genuine.

Friends speaking out on social media to support her during those tough few months must have meant so much. Yet only one did. And now every celebrity and their sister are speaking out now that its too late.
Well said 👏🏻

How many of these stories printed about her "previous behaviour" were solid facts with evidence.
I wasn’t going on that tbh, I think most stories in the papers are a load of tosh. I was going on the NDA he posted to his Instagram and his own version of events that he shared. He’s also extremely anti the press as they went after him when he and CF split and nearly drove him to suicide too.

An why so you think she “looked under the influence of something”?? We’re is that coming from ? All I see is a beautiful lady looking happy with her dog , Jesus Christ the bullshit people come out with an you wonder why shit happens , that has got to be one of the most pathetic things I’ve read today
I never liked Caroline, I can't deny it, but thought she looked just sad and somewhat thoughtful with her doggy.

From personal experience....... if you have caused a HEAD injury to another person then the police will arrest you and charge you regardless if that person (victim) wants to press charges or not; the CPS will then prosecute you. The victim has no say in it, because it is a HEAD injury.

However for one off 'lesser' injuries the police will try and handle it through restorative justice i.e you say you are sorry, didnt mean to do it and you will not do it again. If there is a history of violence and/or the head injury was 'bad' then the justice system will and does take over.

Maybe you’re right but as far as what her boyfriend would be prepared to tell a Court, he didn’t consider himself seriously injured.

“Mr Morris continued: 'He would not suggest that the injuries are significant in the way the prosecution submit.'”
The victim was obviously hopeful to downplay the injury, as he wasn't seeking the prosecution and so would've been more interested in helping the defence team.
I think the camera footage from the police, and statements from attending medics would've been used to back up the prosecutor's comments, but obviously it was their job to present her as guilty.

.

Didn’t she step down from Love Island by her own volition? ‘Celebrities’ court the limelight when it is in their favour but can’t handle it when those tables turn. There’s good and bad in everything and if what is alleged is true than that was her doing. This isn’t me saying that I am not saddened that she felt this was the only way out as she obviously had issues that were out of her control. It’s all so very sad.
I don’t think she would have for one second wanted to step down of her own accord however, the way it was being reported in the media - with unnamed sources, etc would have left her with no other option other than to listen to ITV who, knowing through experience how they and other media outlets work, would have forced her hand in the matter. Not to protect her, but to protect themselves. No one knows the truth therefore what she has suffered is trial by media and a CPS who wanted to make an example of her and she obviously couldn’t take it. It’s so so sad

I just watched a video on Steph Davis Instagram and even she says the blood in that photo was Carolines, and she knew her. She seems devestated in the video 😢
If you have mental health issues then why put yourself in a situation where your life is going to be made public? That’s what I don’t understand.
I see PT and sister have put up fresh tributes this morning.
got to get at the top of the timeline somehow.
The fake ness is sickening but it’s always the same when someone dies.
in the public eye or not. They all come crawling out the woodwork.
who’s PT??

So many unanswered questions.

Why didn’t she go to the shop with her friend?

Why was she accompanied in her home, may just popping in for a coffee yeah..

Why didn’t she seek any advice - if we are unaware.

Why did the boyfriend approach her on IG when she wasn’t allowed any contact?Did she feel she would be blamed for it when it wasn’t even her own fault?

Did she do what she did on impulse - Was the suicide an accident?
Also did Lewis cheat on her? I’m not asking because it justifies anything either way I’m just wondering whether there was any truth in that.

Watching GMB , no Lorraine today thank the good lord, it’s Richard MaDaley. I have to say I have not seen real genuine upset over the death of a celeb for a long time.

That’s one way to look at it for sure. The problem is you’re saying ‘I think’ again; you don’t know (I’m assuming). Yes, he might be trying to downplay it for the Court case, or maybe he’s just telling the truth and the prosecution are over-stating it?

I’m finding the hypocrisy regarding CF’s alleged crime and the way many are saying ‘if this was a man....’ to be erm, amusing. Google Paul Gascoigne- the first descriptive word that comes up in my search box is ‘legend’, not wife beater, but legend.
My thoughts exactly. Many a celeb male perpetrator has just had a blind eye cast upon it

I don’t know, I wasn’t there.

There are a lot of ‘why’ questions about the whole thing that none of us know the answers to. That’s my point.
It’s my understanding that she flipped the table in her flat. It’s on the footage that she didn’t want released.

How can she when she publicly posted a video of a message she was leaving for her mum as she was about to kill herself? I think her Mum and Auntie have always looked after him from when he was born. She's not stable enough really. Although she sorted herself for a while but was then working on Hollyoaks so would have needed someone to have him then as well.

Sorry, we are derailing the thread. Maybe someone can open a thread on Stephanie?

@Clemmieinwonderlust and for all others wondering, the current contestants on Love Island have NOT yet been told according to the link below. I think they definitely need to be, it's been more that 24 hours now and feels like it's being ignored. She was the normal host of the show and purely out of respect for her.

I believe the contestants in previous series were told about Mike and Sophie off air. the final is also still going ahead on 23rd Feb according to the article.

I doubt LI will be axed but I think they may rest it for a year and not air the summer series.
