Yes, but it wouldn’t be true for everyone. I don’t have anything to prove to anyone here, I just don’t like to see lies spread that she was on drugs that night, when she wasn’t.
You claimed I lied about knowing about the suicide before it hit the news and her receiving first aid lol, not just that. I posted texts earlier and everyone kicked off about confidentiality - the post was reported and deleted (same for the following comments) but at least I can prove it’s all true

I said I’d be surprised if you did know before the press - not saying you’re necessarily lying about that. She received more than first aid and had to go to hospital for her injuries. He had the scratch on his head wiped with an antiseptic wipe. Not downplaying his injuries, but they were not comparable.

I would really love to see this factual reporting of her having no drugs in her system, can anyone referring to it please link? I am unable to find any evidence of this.
I've had a quick look on Google and it's not saying anything definite. Only focusing on her trying to take her life the night before her hearing and then at her death there were no drugs or alcohol in her system which I guess would strengthen any argument that she was fully aware of what she was doing.
I'm not sure why there's nothing available as I'd imagine they would have drug tested her that night but don't know for sure. It probably is somewhere if someone looked hard enough. It can go either way though if it's not public, we can't assume she was or wasn't under the influence of drugs if there's no official report to say otherwise. At the end of the day though, I don't know why this is a thing people are focusing on. I think she was that kind of passionate, firey but also vulnerable person I think she would have reacted that way with or without drugs if she thought she was being cheated on.

Dunno if I've got this wrong- but her solicitor seemed a bit of a dick. And why did her defence not challenge the blood thing in the bedroom?. Ie- it's hers not his. (They might have done, it just didn't seem obvious in the doc).
It hadn't gone anywhere near a trial. Far too early to know what they would and wouldn't have challenged.

did people really like caroline flack, i couldnt be arsed with her on xfactor - and the harry styles thing ew. I was surprised she was picked to host love island she was a bit better on that but nothing amazing, didn't realise she was such a national treasure tbh
To be honest, I wouldn't have watched anything with her on as she was such an attention seeking pain in the arse. The only thing I ever watched was when she was on Strictly as I enjoyed the programme at the time.

Why do you think this is relevant? Do you think the fact that he declined treatment makes it less of a crime? There was a visible head wound. I genuinely don't understand your point.
Not at all, I literally said in my previous post he was right to call the police. Im just saying he didnt have medical treatment, because he didnt

Why ring the police? He was hit once. He woke up. And could have just been like wtf. Could have calmed her down and spoken to her and sorted out the situation. This wasn't a frenzied attack....where his life was in danger? Not that we know of. Fair enough if he really thought she was going to kill him but I doubt it. We know he lied about the lamp. The blood wasn't even his. So why ring the police, she wasn't holding a knife to his throat that we know of. He was caught out cheating and turned it around on her, in my opinion. He even supposedly had said he was gonna ruin her. Then for social media he played the loving and doting boyfriend. Yes she shouldn't have hit him but I imagine she was so upset that he was cheating on her and she had a moment of madness where she's clipped him with her phone on his head and obviously because he's been asleep, it's probably a huge shock and makes it seem worse than it is?

The thing which gets me is the photo...imagine your partner has slit their wrists and you're alone in your partners house. You take a photo of your partners blood and send it to a mate/ex. That isn't normal behaviour either and if that photo hadn't got out, maybe it wouldn't have seemed half as bad for Caroline. Just my opinion and I know others will disagree
I absolutely agree. Having just read the Lewis burton’s thread last night, he seems like one nasty piece of work who was totally gas lighting her! Yes she absolutely did wrong, but anyone can make a mistake in the heat of the moment when drinking and upset. To then say he’s going to ruin her and take a pic of her blood and send to a friend is cruel!

It's abuser 101, do what I want or I'll end my life.

If it was Charles Flack with a history of having relationships with a string of younger partners (including a literal teenager) that was charged with hitting a sleeping partner over the head, flipping a table while in police custody and having to be restrained we would be having domestic abuse organisations making statements about coercive control, how abusers use their mental health to control partners and how to spot the signs of abusive relationships in family and friends and how to get help. Instead we have #bekind and the actual people that offered support being blamed in the press by an enabling mother that has excuses for days.

I write all this as someone with Complex PTSD from an abusive background. My mental health is my responsibility, it's not up to everyone else to prop me up while I refuse real help.
Sorry I didn’t mean to question that intention of what she actually said, I don’t doubt it was intended to manipulate if true. I meant that it’s another big flaw in her mum’s argument as she argues the bail conditions banning her from contacting him contributed to her decline. But she was contacting him anyway so that was clearly a lie?

I am very sorry that you have experienced such trauma by the way ❤ sending love xx

It absolutely did not. Under what authority? The victim was not arrested for anything. I don't mean to be rude, but it seems to me that you are speaking out of your arse.

Unless perhaps you are suggesting that Caroline was suspected of drugging him? I guess in that situation a victim would be drug tested. Is that what you meant? Did Caroline drug him as well as attack him?
No, he was not arrested for anything. And I don’t know why you’d think I was suggesting Caroline drugged him - absolutely no way. They had both been out drinking separately before coming together and then having this argument. He was (understandably) confused, she was having a mental health episode, for the purposes of having a full picture for the investigation, they were both asked to be drug tested and obliged.

Not that it has anything to do with it, but is the woman he’s with now the one he was texting out of interests? Lots of fb posts saying it is but don’t know if that’s true
I remember at the time there was rumours that it was a tennis coach or something but I’ve no idea if I just imagined that

Bloody tragic. How much can one family go through?

(Little not quite me rail, about 7 years ago I was at my uncles funeral who had passed of cancer. I knew at the time his son my cousin was in hospital with kidney disease. When my sister at the wake asked my aunty how our cousin was, she quietly told us he’d passed away that morning. As he’d been in a coma she’d had to choose whether to sit with him as he died or go to her husband of 60 years funeral. She looked absolutely broken as we all were but my word her face haunted me for months afterward. I genuinely hope the Flack family can find some peace eventually and heal together.)
What an awful decision to have to make.

It was around the time of her inquest. I can't give you a direct link but it definitely exists because I read it. I'll admit I was quite surprised as I'd expected her to have taken something.
