Oh yes! If you zoom in you can clearly see they are old packaging and not new.
Yup. The 'induction doses' - it's where you load your system with an injection a week (ish, sometimes there's a week gap for the last one) for five weeks before going to the standard frequency of a single injection monthly. A significant number of people see a rapid reduction in symptoms from that - not everybody, but a fair percentage.
