It’s interesting that tattle seems so weird to these influencers, the same influencers who share their WHOLE lives online, use their children to promote products and goods online to help pay their mortgages. I know more about a lot of these influencers than I do people I’ve known for years.

I find it SO bizarre how people want to overshare every aspect of their live and are desperate for the gratification they must get from doing so. That is weird to me. That doesn’t scream talent it screams desperation to receive validation via strangers online to make them feel special and different to Everyone else. It’s fascinating.

Plus let’s be real, she’s no Mariah Carey, or Beyoncé, people like that have real talent to be adored over. You don’t see them selling their kids out online to sell washing powder or baby nappies to make cash. it’s embarrassing!

I had been thinking a few of her recent posts have been a ‘response’ to FOD’s posts...hairbands,hype man etc. I found it sad that she is playing these games yet screaming and telling us how happy she is.
Even the post about the news article about victims of stabbing...promotes her book, gets in a dig about being accused of weaponising her race and then adds at the end what she should have focused on.
I tried but failed to decipher this latest offering...took me back to GCSE English coursework. Saddens me that in a world of talent the likes of Hinch and Candice are authors...as long as the money is there they can churn out any tripe!

The only person who’s done the most damage to Candi, is Candi herself. her past has caught up with her and she’s angry because she only has herself to blame for this. She can blame tattle or anyone for her actions other than herself and that, must be the hardest pill to swallow.

As a consumer I will continue to complain to any brands that works with her because I’m their target audience and I don’t feel comfortable with a person who has pimped vulnerable women out for sex and money selling me the products attached to these brands. Well to be honest, really honest, I feel I haven’t written for a while. Sure I’ve let my fingers waltz upon the keyboard but that’s only been to meet the standards set by my critics which are usually so low a mediocre limbo could perhaps suffice. But to hand myself over to my gift so thoroughly that like a child on Christmas morning I’ve allowed myself to be ripped open with only a crazed smile as an audience? Well no I haven’t been there in a minute. Because becoming lackadaisical is a symptom of suffering from bull. Gossip and pretence are only hobbies for those who have no other talents. And more often than not those most affected by their by standing are those who should be getting on with being just that - the talent. ⁣

But it’s far too easy to get distracted by the insignificant and insincere. And now I have to deliver some harsh self discipline and remind myself that this is how they want it. ⁣

I must tell you that’s how they want it. ⁣

My dear you’ve come to far to get swept away by moments most nursery children would quickly tire from observing. You are here to do real work. And it is this work they hope they can undo with distractions and deflection. Stay rooted in your transaction with honesty. Once again become familiar with your reason for existing because this is the flame that can set alight to false idols and simaltanously shed light on the plentiful injustices that continue to erode your people. Our people. ⁣

With that said, I think I’m starting to write again and I mean really write. If I want words to wither in my presence, I need to once again commit to practice. Because admittedly my metaphors are a little cantankerous and I’m not as confident as I used to be. But few things withstand pressure like the pen. And my own, bent to suit my experience and scuffed by nothing more than names I will perhaps never remember, will always, always, be mightier than the sword. I find this with lots of the Instamum writers. So many totally unnecessary phrases and complex words used in a bizarre context. I would think Instagram is a better platform for easy-reading. Others are guilty too. Much as I like Mother Pukka, the repetition in her caption intro frustrates me no end (e.g. “They don’t want this. They don’t want happiness.”)
