I thought that, no special gift after 40 years of marriage. They looked at that indian restaurant but didn't go in. Just traipsing round everywhere, the holiday looks like tit to be honest. Not much there.What a lovely anniversary for Baby. They celebrated with a pot of tea (no milk for Mart) and a four mile walk to look at some 'nice' eateries (god forbid Mart puts his hand in his pocket to pay for a special anniversary lunch). When he went down on one knee I thought he might have a surprise gift for her but nothing. Not even a card? I'd have got battered lol
At least they seem to be changing their clothes more often

All that food that they can't eat and enjoy, stuck in the back of beyond having to walk miles to get to shops and the sea, and hardly anyone around.
Should we take pity on them and give suggestions for their next holiday, there are beautiful places in England, (not seaside) aswell as abroad, they could do a tour of Britain, plenty of roadside cooking, that could be interesting. And, see how many of baby's jumpers he can burn. Your welcome.
