Speaking of marraige she’s doing a 90 day I do challenge for brides. 6 pre recorded classes a week and a meditation/mindfullness session. She must put her body thru it, 90 classes to record and put together is a lot!!!

Her old-enough-to-be-her-father fiancé probably covered the membership, as she’s there all the time. Her friend, Abi, is the other sugar baby in the group married to a millionaire- and who reportedly introduced her to Kaspar.

She’s on Dubai teaching the masses via Dior. They lost some credibility allowing her to teach Pilates, and not someone who is more reputable and respected in the fitness industry.

I can’t get over how unhealthy she looks. Muscular, sculpted and toned, absolutely, but zero body fat and pumped full of fillers.

Fillers are meant to fill facial fat lost by ageing, not stretching the skin at a young age.

Im no expert, but I’m sure she’ll be going through IVF.

Seems like someone was not happy about getting constructive criticism; the poster’s comment has since been deleted (unless someone else provided constructive feedback after that post).

So a few things annoy me today- one, no reviews of Bryony’s app from regular subscribers, and they all are from “celebrities”. Also, the use of hyperbaric chambers for her self-gratification and not medically necessary. I have patients who have waited months, with most not have the financial means for such treatments for LEGITIMATE MEDICAL ISSUES! I have patient with TBIs from military deployments and diving decompression illness that would love to have easy access to a hyperbaric chamber. She is a healthy 31-year-old woman who does not have any chronic issues that warrant hyperbaric treatment, and maximizing your oxygen saturation because countless hours of exercising isn’t cutting it tells me that your nutrition is lacking.
