I have to be quite careful with how much matcha I drink within a week as you need a good quantity of milk to make it taste nice, oat milk is also very starchy and carb heavy, whereas you can drink tea and coffee with a higher water content and no sugar so better for the waistline!

I know what you mean, about 140 calories more in a matcha, wasted calories for me and couldn’t have one every day
