My issue with Bryony’s fans (and her most recent IG story) is that they are seeking her advice on the use of nutritional supplements (creatine) that she, herself, has never tried. What makes this so annoying is that they are going to base their opinion on the supplement on her unqualified advice. This is just as dangerous as her now deleted post about Ozempic. I asked her about why she deleted the post and didn’t get a response.

I have to be quite careful with how much matcha I drink within a week as you need a good quantity of milk to make it taste nice, oat milk is also very starchy and carb heavy, whereas you can drink tea and coffee with a higher water content and no sugar so better for the waistline!

lol wtf, someone asks how u keep you’re energy up and her response is because there’s horrible things going on in the world but I’m not effected?! She had this answer and whatever the question she was going to give the whole “I’m so lovely and grateful for everything” but that’s. It what was asked.
I think the person was asking more for a food/exercise suggestion.
I.e, make a cupa tea and do some jumping jacks or hop on your foot whilst you wait for it to boil- by doing exercise we wake ourselves up and give us the burst we need to power through the day. It’s odd, and even if I’m dead I do it and I do feel “pumped up”.
Or her alternative response, rather than making an effort to find love, find a rich guy, and therefore nothing negative in the world can hurt you
