Glad to see people have called her out on all the plastic bags! (Mentioned it in her stories) Poor excuse “that’s how they package things here”. If you didn’t take your own bag(s) for the first of many days shopping for tat then at least re-use the ones you got then, on the subsequent days!
and she's lying, they don't. Most stores use paper to wrap and you have to pay for the bags.

Her passive aggressiveness. Not bothered but sure as hell know about these sites. I feel sorry for her boy because he seems a really sweet one and just needs some attention by the sounds of it. I don't blame him for acting out. I have a guess that her girl is extrovert and Emma likes that element. Maybe she should spend time with him once in a while. But no that won't happen she is going on a girls holiday. If that was me I would rejected and hurt. Poor boy.

I saw Emma mention this site in stories and was curious as to what it was like so came and read through.

I can’t believe other humans can talk so poorly of someone they don’t even know and only see a snippet of their day/opinions/lives. If something’s not for you, don’t watch it!

You need to always ask yourself how you would feel if you were doing something you loved and someone spoke about you the way a lot of the comments on this thread speak about her. People are so quick to judge for the slightest thing- step counts in NY? Probably because you see it and think holy crap that’s loads! Co- sleeping? Whatever’s best for your child! And if that’s not the case just leave it be- It makes no difference to your actual lives. What harm is it doing to you if Emma buys some mugs? Peoples horrible comments are doing a lot worse to her I’m sure!

Have opinions, of course everyone rightly does and should! And not everyone’s going to like the same things but some of the comments on this thread are just mean.

If the shoe was on the other foot would you like to be spoken about the way some people have spoken about BrummyMummy on here?

I’d take the points on board about how I’m letting down my viewers, since they’re the ones who afford her the luxury lifestyle

Probably be more able to if they were productive points rather than just negative horrible ones
Well, ya know, this is s TRASH thread. So if you don’t like it, jog on or start a RAVE thread about her. Thst’s how it works here. She chooses to put her whole life online for public viewing & makes money out of it. She’s fair game for criticism AND praise.

It certainly is a trash thread.
What amazes me is that you aren't all teenagers looking for a place to vent, you're full grown women with families and children and 'lives'. You must be living such fulfilled lives!

I live a lovely fulfilled
Life thank you very much.

I don’t think brummy thread is too bad. No one has criticised her looks. Most say that they loved her content but it’s changed and wonder where it all changed.

So as op said start a rave thread in the rave section or do as Emma says she does and don’t read it! She’s a big girl she doesn’t need people to do her dirty work.

Actually, if you read the entire thread properly you’ll realise that most people who post here liked Emma, supported her and found her relatable and then it all got very fake. If not for all the people that watch her videos and read her blogs she wouldn’t be able to live the life she is.
As for the step count it was me that made that comment and it’s not because I thought “wow, that’s a lot” because as a Fitbit owner and a step goal of 16,000 every day I do A LOT of walking. It’s because she’s never mentioned step counts, fitness, exercise etc before so was curious as to what that was all about.
Just as a singer, actor or celebrity, when you put your life out there you leave yourself open to criticism. You mean to tell me you’ve never once said a negative thing about someone in the public eye?????

Actually I live quite a varied and very fulfilled life, however, if watching people’s vlogs and reading their blogs is affording them their lifestyle, I believe in within my rights to ‘review’ what I’ve read, watched, heard etc
Is it not the same with having opinions on presenters, movies, albums. If it makes you feel better dear, think of it almost like trip advisor.

If you think some of the comments on here are harsh you really need to read some of the other forums - that would open up your eyes to just how vitriolic some posters can be. It's interesting that none of the troll comments on Insta were from Tattle but Emma didn't acknowledge that. As others have said I don't think any of the comments here are unfair. My main criticism of the co-sleeping is that her lovely, very tall, husband is having to sleep in a teeny tiny bed which seems odd to me. I have also criticised the amount of screentime her kids have every morning - an hour every day! That seems like a lot to me and others have agreed.

Emma is no teenager filming in her bedroom and uploading vlogs. She's a forty year old woman who gave up a successful career to become a professional vlogger. She was naive at best not to think that that would come with criticism. As she often says, the vlogosphere is mainly young, stick thin kids with identical make-up, clothes and decor. The reason we all started to watch her was because she was none of those things - she had a unique, quirky, funny style all of her own. Now she is morphing into One Of Them with the constant hauls from crappy shops and the non-stop freebies. We just want the old Emma back - she was a lot more fun.

Of course she had to write a whole post about us!

If she really isn't that bothered about this place then why draw attention to it so much? Seeking attention there love?

I don’t have an issue with co sleeping ( I did it myself for several years with my daughter) but I think it’s just ridiculous & emasculates her lovely husband that he has to sleep in the boys bunk bed! Why doesn’t she get in the bunk bed with him?? Or put a single mattress on the floor in their room for him? Make it clear that daddy’s not leaving the bed & he’d soon start behaving better.

I was intrigued about this post, when I saw she had mentioned the site before. Having read through the comments, they really aren’t as harsh as others that I have read. A lot of people are saying what is actually true, she has changed from the early days of following her, her vlogs are boring in the fact that all she does is shop (my daughter used to watch the Ingham family and soon stopped, when she realised that this was all they did too!). Unfortunately it is now unrelatable, as I don’t honestly want to spend my time shopping! I have actually met her once, and found that she was very distant and really wasn’t interested. It’s a shame that people let it go to their heads and don’t keep it real. So I know chose to unfollow.

This really saddens me. Without her followers she wouldn't have been able to give up her job - surely she understands this? She's just biting the hand that feeds her at the moment and I don't think it's going to end well. Anyone else think that she'll be back teaching before Erin is in Secondary?

Most definitely! The thing is now, there are so many many of these bloggers, all fighting for airtime, that eventually the weaker ones will be pushed out. I think she is probably an amazing teacher, and it’s a real shame she gave it up. She had a personality that children would love in the classroom.

Because looking the other way and ignoring negative people is more effort than pointing and crying about it. Funny thing is she got exactly what she wanted out of the situation; people signing up and telling us how we're all bad people with no lives.

Funny part is that some Youtubers have the utter delusion that this is a unique problem to them, have they ever looked at the Celeb section on the DM? Comment threads on Facebook? Anyone in the public eye gets critiqued, even unlucky sods who get reported about in actual news stories.
