I can't help but think she says that her 'team' delete comments to absolve herself of blame. So it's then easy to say 'oh, it wasn't me! It was my silly team!'

I think the whole Assistant thing was because other bigger and better Influencers have Assistants. If Miss D was who we thought she was, she's young and seems to have her own blogging ambitions so i doubt she stuck around for long. The 'team' is obviously her and Ste (as if he doesn't have enough to do!).
I'm sure her ambition was to be signed by Gleam who manage Louise. They seem to do a lot to protect their Influencers. I imagine she does feel jealousy towards other bigger and better Influencers but she can't seem to see where she's going wrong.
