True, very sad to what it had beenWhat I've seen of the final year make me shudder. The show really did get run into the ground.
Please keep your hands off Barry.Yes, I did mean to mention the new Katie, She is an improvement no doubt, and I remember things do get interesting with Sammy later on, but the parents just drive me mad, it's like they can't seem to have a normal conversation without shouting
And I know Barry shouts a lot, but he gets a pass
1 He's an interesting character and has some great storylines
2 I had a massive crush on him (.Still do)
Interesting, however doesn’t the average age of a Hollyoaks viewer skew a bit young, maybe 30yrs old or less, most of whom were too young or would never have seen Brookside. Also they are apparently filming on the close but it was demolished in the Brookside universe? I'm so confusedI also don’t watch HO but I believe a couple of the Brookside actors are currently in it playing different characters so that will just mess with the space time continuum.
