I really liked him too. He tries to be a little bit hard but he's so vulnerable. Definitely one of the better actors in it. RIP
Annabelle's affair absolutely thrilled me. Paul's treated her like tit for years. I remember meeting the actress at a local lifeboat day not long before she passed away and she was a lovely lady.
Agree! It's great to watch Sheila and Billy, they seem very natural together, both as characters and actors.
I don't want to moan, as I'm delighted Brookside is being shown again, but The Rogers bore me to bits, I fast forward through them

But the proper Katie Rogers is in it now and I remember really liking her as a character!

What I've seen of the final year make me shudder. The show really did get run into the ground.
Yes, I did mean to mention the new Katie, She is an improvement no doubt, and I remember things do get interesting with Sammy later on, but the parents just drive me mad, it's like they can't seem to have a normal conversation without shouting
And I know Barry shouts a lot, but he gets a pass
