Seen this weeks episodes and Sheila told Billy that someone called Paddy was Barry’s real Dad. I thought it was Matty. I googled a while back for a refresher on the episodes as I couldn’t remember a lot. Does anyone know if it is actually Matty or was google lying to me

Paddy was Bobby's brother and it's definitely Matty who's the Dad. I googled as well to see what the hell happens next coz I don't remember! 100% Matty though!

The end of this week’s last episode was a bit shocking.

That guy Sinnott, Mike’s nemesis, was played by Neil Fitzmaurice (who was credited as Neil Anthony in these episodes)

He’s probably best known nowadays for being in Phoenix Nights

And The Office...briefly!

Doreen, she's really terrible when it comes to money, they haven't got any, but she still manages to spend, having her hair done, buying fancies for tea and lamb chops!!

I'm up to date with all the episodes so far! They've changed the format of the episodes now and put them into series/original air dates, well confusing me!

Wasn't around for these early series of Brookside so very much enjoying it, and the fashions and hair styles! Seems very dated of course in many respects. Wish they'd upload more than 5 episodes a week!
