She is a grown ass woman, and knows that video was uncalled for. I wonder if they'll make an apology about it, but I highly doubt it. I honestly think Brooks dodged a bullet with her. The other guys too. I didn't watch the dates video, because it was just too damn cringy. Everything about their video is cringy and uncalled for. At this point, I think Brooklyn would settle down with anybody so she can get married and start popping out kids. The fact that he is a racist, and a trump supporter is honestly the icing on the cake. I really feel bad for Paisley and Dax when they figure out what he's really like. And that their sister did not care and married him anyway. Now with Asa, he is whipped anyway, so I don't think he's going to cause any problems. But Dakota on the other hand, it's a tit show ready to explode.
I mean have they ever apologized for anything? Not that I remember, correct me if I’m wrong. Brooks obviously was not that much into Brooklyn, it was obvious since the beginning that Brooklyn was the one head over heels for him. Brooklyn wants to marry, she has mentioned it in the past that she wants children quickly and even adopt. The political thing about Dakota I don’t really care that much unless he had been openly expressed hatred against black people. And you’re right Asa will never be an issue as he will bend to Bailey without question, but Dakota is another story, his personality is different and could mean trouble, I mean at the beginning of every relationship everything is sweet and kind but with time things can change quickly. If I were Brooklyn I wouldn’t jump to get married so quickly. Specially since we have seen that Brooklyn loves to embarrass her boyfriend and make fun of him, a person can only take that much

They avoid it at all costs. Now with them being Mormon, they are extremely conservative. Hell, Rylan was sent away for telling a boy that she loved him. If I'm correct, they say that they don't express their political views for a reason.

Exactly. I know with Mindy was keeping up with appearances, but I don't think it's the same with Shawn. Maybe I'm giving him more credit than he needs. But, I wouldn't be surprised if he's not too happy about Brooklyn being with Dakota. Knowing what he supports. He is basically like Asa, he will go with whatever Mindy wants.
That video was so disrespectful to the other guys! Brooklyn made a vomiting face after Brooks’ date and after another date where Brooklyn said she had to inflate her own paddle board Dakota sarcastically says, “Such a gentleman” With Paisley and Daxton as her siblings, I don’t understand how she can date someone with those beliefs. It makes me wonder if she secretly believes those things too.
I’ve noticed that she picks on Dakota a lot! She laughed at him for not knowing how girls put on a pad or how to put in a tampon, she laughed at him for being camera shy, and taking too long to kiss her after their first date, and in their recent video she says, “this was when you finally started to show some personality”. I know some people do it out of love but it would start to hurt my feelings after a while.

I just don’t think Dakota and Brooklyn work. You could tell she was in love with Brooks but here I’m not feeling it from either side. I was actually quite surprised to find out she went back to him. I watched the series when it first came out and I loved her and Ethan so surely he’d have been her “second choice” after Brooks didn’t work out.
I believe Dakota is smitten with Brooklyn. After all he was the one who tried to pursue her once he knew things with Brooks didn’t work out. And I agree that Brooklyn truly seemed very much in love with Brooks and with Dakota I just see her making fun of him and being childish. I believe we can all agree she didn’t go for the second choice because he didn’t reach out to her
I just watched the video and they were laughing at him and he was literally just sitting on the couch. You can tell he really likes her but I think she just wanted a bf. Remember in their announcement video Brooklyn even said, “Now I have a date for Bailey’s wedding.” They added Kamri’s name to their website. I guess they added her since she takes all of the pictures.
I don't think Brooklyn and Dakota work either and that video is in such bad taste. They could have done a reaction video to ANYTHING else instead of bullying private ex dates for no reason. I used to prefer Brooklyn over Bailey but I sense Brooklyn isn't being a nice person. I do however think she is under a lot of pressure to marry but she's what, 21/22? Why does she have to get engaged next year? Surely she should go on more dates and take her time?
Totally agree there’s no rush but I think it’s just part of their culture. I wonder if her and Dakota don’t seem that natural just because we all know it was kinda her second choice. But also her and Brooks obv didn’t work out so good luck to them. If he is Mormon though he is old to not be married (again only in their culture!)
I also wonder if Mindy's obsession with the girls graduating early is so that they can be still very young when marrying?
I guess Brooklyn just confirmed Dakota is a part of LDS
So chances of getting married young are high!
