Again, why are they just sitting there recording a podcast on THEIR opinions on things? It’s the weirdest podcast format I’ve ever heard of. Like I’ve said before, it is literally no different to being sat on a train behind two random women who are discussing their life goals when it comes to marriage and kids etc
I really do think they have massively overestimated their popularity if they think people care that much about what THEY personally think about marriage.
Have neither of them listened to a podcast before?
ETA: they have ‘sewwww’ many friends why couldn’t they get them on as guests this season? Have Cherry on to talk aboutripping off a major brand starting your own Etsy business, or Adam to talk about Disney tips and tricks etc.

Oh duck off stinky binky. Hope you didn’t tell your friend you didn’t want to hear about her birth or stitches. Like hell she would know anything about latching a baby properly....can you imagine that witch coming over once you’ve had a baby, no thanks. Couldn’t think of anyone worse preaching their bull, opinions or lack of knowledge and understanding when you’re recovering from birth.

I can’t believe she said something so blasé and nasty last season about babies/stillbirth yet STILL THINKS she knows about and has the right to comment on things like nappy changes and breastfeeding!

I've been working with new mums and early years for years. I have no children and although I've seem breastfeeding alot I wouldn't have a clue how to do it so I'd never advise someone. She's a disgrace.

The last 5 minutes of their podcasts always remind me of that scene in Bridesmaids where the brides oldest friend and new friend are trying to have the last word at the engagement party
The difference is you wouldn’t pretend to know it all. You’d make suggestions if they were struggling and guide them to the right place if they needed help that you weren’t sure on. Considering their past comments on this area, I just feel like she has no clue about being around a new parent. It’s so overwhelming and intense, not to mention the insane tiredness. Having a friend who became a mum, holding a baby or changing a nappy did not prepare me for when it was my turn
Brogan doesn’t even have close family that has babies. Here is my advice on breastfeeding: it’s so f hard. I have three - breastfeed for a while, pumped for a while, I give major props to mothers who stick with it. Marriage: well neither of them is married either, or close to it. So basically next they should do an episode on climbing Mount Everest they have as much experience and knowledge about that as they do about marriage and babies.

I gave it a listen whilst going through my emails:
- Got stressed at the end of last season with the amount of work the podcast took, turning podcasts around in a week (like normal podcasters, shock).
- Bianca’s friends come to her for advice because she was an au pair. Brogan’s friends go to her for advice because she worked in a baby shop. Seriously.
- Bee’s dad was disappointed she didn’t go to university
- Bee’s personal tutor at college told her she won’t get far in life without a degree (wonder if this is the root of the fallout with her tutor)
- Bee’s mum was the only one who supported her in not going to uni
- “Buying a house isn’t the be all and end all” – could’ve fooled me Bee with all the bragging you do
- Bee does volunteering with kids (apparently).
- Bee couldn’t understand why her youtube friends get questions from viewers about when their moving out of parents house. Here’s a clue Bee, youtubers monetise every boring detail of their existence therefore their audiences feel invested in their lives.
- Bianca reached out to friends to talk about finances (earning, savings, disposable income etc). Lucky friends.
- Bianca’s friends message her about how much sex they’re having.
- Their takeaway from the podcast is “you do you”, don’t compare yourself to your friends and what life stages they’re at.
- My takeaway from the podcast is why are you publishing this? As someone upthread said, it’s literally like overhearing a conversation on the train.
So surprised to hear she volunteers with kids? I wonder what she does?
She teaches them life skills when she snatches the last plastic Disney Princess plate out of their trolley.
