Let's face it she was robbed of motherhood first 2 times so not surprised!

This! The pain of losing your kids like that is unimaginable.

She grew up with an abusive dad and mum who exploited her, married a deadbeat who didn't cherish her, had every pap in LA stalking her, 2 kids close together, no wonder she had a breakdown. And now she must be so strong to get through this, to still function at all, whilst being exploited and abused by those around her.

If a grown woman wants to have a baby, she has every right to that, it shouldn’t be up to her parents or a bloody court to decide, that is a violation of someone’s human rights! Imagine if this was happening to a man? you have nick cannon getting a girl pregnant every other month and then you have courts deciding britney can’t have another child, and yes im aware the cases are different but its about a person’s right to choose what they want to do.

i feel so sad for her being exploited all these years by those who are meant to have her best interest at heart, i don’t understand why her brother and sister aren’t speaking up for her!?

i truly hope she gets out of this and gets to live her life the way she wants to.

I can’t believe that nothing was done yesterday. The Court heard about human rights violations and they’ve just set another date with no action, Britney could be in a lot of danger after speaking out so explicitly, imagine what she must be facing now from her father and the lawyers involved? It’s a scary thought. It’s even scarier that the Court would’ve known this and has failed her yet again.

the judge said britney needs to file a motion to dismiss the conservatorship, however does she actually have the power to do this?

i really hope the judge makes the right decision this time now that the worlds eyes are on her, she dismissed it very quickly last time and just appointed a trust to help her dad if i remember correctly

The whole thing is a sad sorry mess and I honestly don't know how she's still standing!
Hopefully for her after what was said yesterday the floodgates have been flung opened to what's really been going on and she can cut these leeches loose and with the right help & support she can have some sort of normal life!

I’m going to be so interested in what comes out about her current relationship, I think he’s hired to be her boyfriend / handler. The fact that she can’t have friends etc, I can’t imagine she’d ever be allowed to pick a boyfriend and also, him be ok with living in this horror show for so long.

I really can't articulate this well, but what many think caused her mental health to deteriorate so much was having her very young children ripped away from her.

It's totally her body and her choice but on either side she seems surrounded by people using her. I'd be very worried for her that the current bf would turn on her once he had a better claim to her wealth and the same would happen.

I don’t even think he’s a real boyfriend or was to start with. Her dad/Jodie control every single aspect of her life, down to her nails. I don’t believe they let her get into a relationship with someone that easily! It doesn’t make sense to me!

The sad thing is that she only really spoke about the last two years. This has been going on for way longer!

It doesn’t matter what anyone thinks about Sam, that’s her relationship. Anyone suggesting that he’s ‘iffy’ or affecting her mental health negatively is helping her conservatorship stay in place by making it seem she cannot make healthy decisions for herself.

Her entire family are evil!! I’ve re listened this morning whilst getting ready and again it made me tear up. I’m just so sad. I knew what I was reading years ago was not ‘conspiracy’ I knew it was all true!! I can not believe she didn’t know she could file to terminate . I think the boyfriend is a POS personally. Why hasn’t he done everything in his power to sort this for her if he truly loves her? He’s a man, automatically by default he is in a better position of power than her even if she didn’t have mental health issues. Wrong but true.

Why would she make the same mistake twice? For some reason people want to say ‘oh poor Britney’ but don’t actually want to believe her? She doesn’t want your sympathy she wants you to believe her.

I think if she has another child now then she will need a lot of support but tbh from what she said last night I think she probably already knows that. With the money she has that support can be in place even before a baby is conceived.
