He's so gross on every single level possible. And his posts always sound like he's screaming, total roid rage.

We see you forky we see you. You are ageing with speed of light ! No need to point out the obvious i might suggest stop being a major Dick.
I was thinking the same thing :ROFLMAO: Like do you think you are an example? If anything it will scare people off of exercising with the way he's looking at only what, 26? He looks like he's mid 30s at least and that's being generous

So he’s starting up his own podcast. Been a guest on one podcast and now clearly fancies himself as a podcaster. Talk about behind the curve.

Learn to fight?

Me proper man. Me fight.

duck off Bradley. He’s grinding my gears lately.
Ugh he’s so vile. Objectively he’s an attractive man but something about him just makes my skin crawl. Probably his gross, arrogant, holier-than-thou attitude. What really gets me is that this guy is a total idiot. He can barely spell. He’s not educated on any of the topics he rants about like nutrition or physiology. He’s a L3 diploma personal trainer, the minimum requirement to PT and the equivalent of an A level. I don’t mean to disparage the qualification, but he just speaks on things as though he’s a specialist when he isn’t.

he’s attitude just stinks as well. I’m in my 30s and frankly, haven’t noticed any great change from my 20s. In fact, I’ve recently started a new type of exercise (running) that I was never into previously. It’s not like we turn 30 then our bodies start to disintegrate before our eyes. And that’s not even going into how overexercising and bad eating habits like severe calorie restriction are JUST as damaging as lack of exercise and eating junk food.

and If we unpack his mindset a little “excuse for laziness” people “lacking ambition and accountability” it’s deeply negative, it’s judgemental. It’s using shame as a motivator which physchologically, is usually agreed upon among mental health professionals as being unhealthy. It’s not necessary to attach that judgement to the point he’s trying to make, which was ultimately a good one - take care of your body now while it’s easier - makes sense. Why does he have to add the caveat “and you’re basically lazy and lacking in ambition if you don’t”.

and his list?!?! Wtf?! Learn to fight?! Wtf?

running is TERRIBLE for your limbs and joints. Why is he listing that as a prerequisite to being healthy? (Oh yeh, because it’s very effective for calorie control and contrary to what he preaches, his brand of fitness is as much about looks as it is about health).

I always find him do judgemental but what I can’t get over is the people he talks so disparagingly about are basically his sister and brother in law. They are everything he apparently despises. Must be fun at their mums for lunch, does he sit there seething I wonder. Or are they all just so daft that they don’t see it
Agree that he’s conventionally good looking. I saw him at a woman’s health thing and I can confirm it’s much better if he doesn’t speak, he sounds so thick and slow and ‘finks’ about things a lot….looks only get you so far Bradders, as your string of failed relationships probably shows….

And looks are fleeting, but his tit personality will only intensify as he ages. He's got a terrible high pitched voice, podcast sounds like a really lame idea, also is he copying Niomi again? She mentioned that she wants to do one. He must be really butt hurt she dropped him.

Great command of the English language, as always!
OH my god.

This guy is a judgemental asshole. When even soulless Niomi Smart ditches you and moves across the world to get away from you, you know it’s bad.

He’s an absolute mess of a human being, with a toxic, narcissistic, sexist mindset.

his latest stories, are a sight to behold. In one, he’s basically saying if you don’t feel crippling pressure to constantly be improving, then you’re in a comfort zone. I know I could be fitter, but I just don’t care enough to keep pushing and pushing it. How is that even healthy? And what about other things in life? I prioritise spending time on friendships, my relationship, travelling, my career - I have no desire to work my body until I’m Olympian level. That doesn’t mean I’m in a comfort zone. What a prick.

And then we have this idiot claiming that all of us who take a bit of a break from exercise feel terrible about it. That’s NOT a healthy relationship with your body or exercise.

And finally, where to even begin? Bemoaning people are judgemental while he himself, is a judgemental POS.

this is teetering into enabling territory. If your friends are concerned about how much you exercise and don’t think you are treating your body well; listen to what they have to say, as they know you better than Bradley Bigotted Simmons does.

you’ll be happy when you’re contented and happy within yourself. Having a six pack doesn’t indicate happiness or health, contrary to what this uneducated ejit says.

“a big problem I have with the body positivity movement” oh great, because we were all SO invested in Bradleys opinion on this. Body positivity isn’t just about being overweight, it’s about accepting and respecting your body, which can encompass bodies who are disabled, underrepresented in the media or even just a little bit chubbier than the ultra thin representations that are most common i

bradley is a shallow fool who thinks self worth is connected to how physically attractive you are, and pretends it’s about health.

I exercise 5 times a week, a mix of cardio and strength/conditioning. I eat a well balanced diet, including fat and carbs, his mortal enemies. I’ve learned to enjoy food after years of disordered eating.
I’m healthy, but I don’t have washboard abs, and I’ve no real desire to constantly “push” myself physically, which apparently means I’m in a comfort zone and will be unhappy, according to guru of fuckwittery, Bradley Simmons.

this judgemental, uneducated, unintelligent, vain, short-sighted IDIOT has ZERO to offer in terms of advice and what he peddles, is borderline dangerous.

Someone should let the beebs account following him know, that he’s not a fan;

He really seems to think there is no area between potato and olympic champion now does he? There is a veeeery large space between that and depending on the person can all be (somewhat) healthy depending on your lifestyle and activity.
I don't like the assumption that hibernating makes you mentally unwell. Does he even know how amazing it is to just lay in a warm bed with a warm cup of hot chocolate? I do this every single day and I honestly say it does wonders for my (quite bad) mental health. There is something about taking care of myself in that way (making sure I'm warm, comfortable and giving myself time off to relax) that's actually good for me. Does this mean I'm a "fat lazy ass"? No. Of course not?
He is oddly black and white. If you are not pushing yourself and working hard to become an athlete or something you're doing everything wrong and you are fat, lazy and unhealthy.
In my opinion, moderation is key and what that moderation is is really different for each person. Forky can work out for a living so he doesn't have to spend extra time after work, after taking care of his family/friends/household/finances/etc. in the gym. He does it for a living. That makes a huge difference.

it’s a decided mark of lack of intelligence when people can only see black or white and no nuance or grey area.

we aren’t being unkind calling him unintelligent, because he proudly declares his stupidity every time he posts like that. You’re either pushing yourself to the extreme or a lazy pig. No nuance, no inbetween, no brain cells. The sad thing is, he doesn’t even realise how stupid he is coming across.
