Guys I hate to burst your bubble but the "ambulance" picture has either been flipped or taken with a bcak camera. The writing on the seat belt buckles is the right way round, it would be mirrored if it was a regular selfie. I do think you can just about see the slit in his eyebrow on the other side too.
However I am also not buying the story! The pic of the IV pole looks like he's just having a top up of fluids? I am almost certain the saline they give you before chemo is only a small bag, 250ml from memory, that looks like a litre bag.
I have also witnessed a family member having an anaphylactic reaction more than once..... That ain't it! Something else is gojng on here
