Has anyone else noticed that you buy Kindle books on Amazon on your computer and they don't get sent to your Kindle automatically anymore? I got 3 Amazon First Reads and bought 2 deals and even when I press sync they don't appear in my library?? This only seems to be since they stopped that backup download thing on the 26th
Haven’t had this yet but covers never load for me initially. Have to restart the thing about 3 times

OOh there's a Julian Clary in the monthly deals. Think it might be this one . Do you recommend? I used to love him and see him onstage a lot back in the day
I'm giving it 4 stars so far. I'm interested to read his autobiography. I love a witchy Kween!

I got the images of each book title from Amazon and then copied them onto here which I then slimmed down so that I could keep them on one line rather than having them spread out across two lines. Which books interest you the most @Chocolategoggler?
Erm all of them bar the Castle one (already read) and the racing one......🤭😏

If you do read all of them (at some point) you will have to let me know what you thought of them. I think you would find In the Market For Murder interesting.

I’m in a reading slump, I haven’t finished a book in over a month. I start them and stop, how can I sort myself out 😂

Only 4 for me in Feb… The Serial Killers Daughter was absolute dog 💩 don’t waste your time with it (I loved the serial killers wife so had high hopes).

I enjoyed both Five Survive and First Lie Wins, think they were both 4 stars.

What a way to go was good, and I enjoyed the concept, but I feel like this author just misses something in her writing, I felt the same about How to kill your family.

I’m still reading Everything I know about love, really enjoying it but finding I’m not reaching for it because it’s not a “I need to know what happens next” type of read

I had a random bookshop purchase this weekend that I can’t put down- The Trading Game by Gary Stevenson. Real life story about being a trader in London - only half way through but it’s very well written and fast paced so far. Don’t feel like it’s going to have a happy ending mind you!

Great reading month.
I finished Prep today! I really should prioritise reading American Wife and Rodham.
I’m surprised her books aren’t more highly rated on Goodreads but then maybe it’s just my perception that anything with a 3 star average is ‘low’ - and obviously books / ratings are subjective..

My rating system - not that anyone asked or cares 😂- is 3 stars is a good, solid read. I have thought about changing it though since I think Goodreads ratings may affect authors (?)
