How good were the windy city series. I read them all this year!These are my 5and I actually don’t regret a single one. They were all books i absolutely could not put down, or that really made me feel something and connect with the characters. The boys of tommen series will be a favourite forever!

caught up was probably my fave it put me into a book slump I loved it so much! (Play along wasn’t out when I read the first 3). Can’t wait for Rio’s book 
this and @aalmaalm pist makes me excited to read them! i’ve bought them all from the works as i love chicago but haven’t gotten around to them yet
What a chapter! How is this all going to turn out? They obviously won't all die (I don't think) but I can't see how they'll get out of this. In a weird way, I'm glad they're all together.
I'm glad they are all back together too. What an action packed chapter. I'm really rooting for the girls to save the parents

Just started reading The Trial by Rob Rinder. Normally court room dramas don't do it for me but all the positive reviews here made me curious. I'm absolutely loving it, it's so good so thank you to everyone who suggested it. Adding In Memoriam to the TBR list too.
I don't have a Goodreads account so I can't do the GoodreadsYearinBooks but here are the books that I rated 5*
He has written a second thriller - The Suspect. I didn't enjoy it quite as much as the first, but it was still a good easy read. I like his writing style and his real world experience as a barrister makes the books more believable. Also, fun fact, I met him earlier this year through his work for Shelter. He was so nice, really easy to talk to and genuinely interested in the project
