This is how much food I have to eat because I'm trying to get up to (minimum) 77kg. It's only going to go up too!

It's mad cuz I was cutting for 6 months in 2024. Was eating 1900 calories before I started reversing. Insanity.

The jealousy I feel. I’m on 1522 calories for training days and 1322 for non training but I sneak in extra calories by walking more to counteract. At least I would if I wasn’t living like Elsa up the north mountain.

the cut is for 12 weeks only after which I’ll reverse diet.

yeah mfp and it’s 1100 calories can feck off!

I wish I liked rice cakes but I can’t eat them. They set my teeth on edge.

I’m hoping to lose a stone and maintain as much muscle as possible during this cut.
Protein target is 152g

Mfp is ironically SO not gym rat friendly with its daft calorie allocation.

I like this calculator a lot


But I've gained so much muscle now that I just track my weight and up my cals by 200 if it's not going up.

Super helpful, thank you! My bf% is somewhere between 15-20% but it’s taken me absolutely ages to gain any kind of muscle as a skinny gal! Even worse as a veggie who hates eggs lol. I’ve only just started to eat more protein (since November ish maybe) and I can definitely see a difference in my strength

Hitting your protein goal is no joke. I hope you like 0% Greek yogurt, cottage cheese and light mini babybells. 🤣
 
I use Nutracheck, it’s given me 1800 cals because I’m breastfeeding so think it allows an extra 500 for that which is great but I’ve no real idea how many calories the breastfeeding uses (I’m just doing it at night now mainly). I just try and eat lots of protein but I can’t go low carb because I just feel faint if I do that.

I love cottage cheese, only longley farm though 🤣

I’m a bit of a wrongun as I eat protein bars, protein mousses etc and purists will say they’re junk. But I can’t physically stomach egg whites and turkey rashers.

big fan of clear whey (peach tea flavour)

Per4m protein powder is the only one I’ve tried that doesn’t taste of a, my current fave flavour is carrot cake 😍

I can’t do anything like protein shakes, waters or mousses etc. They always have weird aftertaste that makes me heave. So my go to is the 0% yoghurt, eggs, mini cheeses etc.
