I’m on 1522 calories for training days and 1322 for non training but I sneak in extra calories by walking more to counteract. At least I would if I wasn’t living like Elsa up the north mountain.
the cut is for 12 weeks only after which I’ll reverse diet.

My bf% is somewhere between 15-20% but it’s taken me absolutely ages to gain any kind of muscle as a skinny gal! Even worse as a veggie who hates eggs lol. I’ve only just started to eat more protein (since November ish maybe) and I can definitely see a difference in my strength

I can't digest protein powder. Forced to be a purist against my will 🫠I’m a bit of a wrongun as I eat protein bars, protein mousses etc and purists will say they’re junk. But I can’t physically stomach egg whites and turkey rashers.
