Is Fage better macros than own brand? I'm para about eating yoghurt that's been open too long in the fridge so I never get the industrial sized ones. Hence why 0% greek yoghurt was #2 on my Tesco wrapped.

I think they’re more or less equal in macros, but I find Fage is a lot better taste/texture wise tbh!

Yeah it’s great!! I take 3g a day mixed in with fizzy water and squash and it makes a big difference to muscle size/strength and recovery speed for me. It is a tiny bit gritty, but it doesn’t taste of anything so you can just down it.

It’s one of the most researched supplements so it’s safe, and there’s evidence it also has benefits for your bones and your brain, plus it’s very cheap, so all wins tbh. You obvs still need to apply progressive overload principles and eat enough but it kind of supercharges it. There is a period of like a week when you first start taking it where you do bloat up a bit but I just started when I was on my period so it just blended in with my regular hormonal bloat 😂

You don’t need to buy a fancy one, just any basic creatine monohydrate will do. I get mine from MyProtein bc I buy their clear whey so I just jam it in my order. It’s worth a go, and even if it doesn’t make a big difference for you it’s less than a fiver.

Amazing, thank you! I think I was worried about side effects but I guess it’s worth it if I wanna increase my strength and overall muscle mass (I’ve also increased my protein haha defo chasing the gains 👀)

I’ve ordered some unflavoured from Myprotein. I’m due on next week anyway so the bloat will be expected anyway 😂

Good luck! Hopefully the bloating isn’t too crazy and it helps get those GAINZ 💪

Hey!
Does anyone have a recommendation for a weights progress app, like something I can store my weight and reps in and see the progress. Im sick of checking my notes 🤣
Thanks!

I’ve seen people use EverFit, never tried it myself though!
